Mince meat with potatoes

Hello and welcome back to my channel
Today I will be cooking potatoes with mince meat
Below are the ingredients used for this recipe
Potatoes 1kg
1 teaspoon of olive oil ( for greasing the baking tray)
1 teaspoon of paprika
Some black pepper
Cooking the mince meat
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove
500g of been mince
1 jumbo cube
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of chill
100g of tomato puree
120g of grated cheddar cheese
Ingredients for the salad
1 onion
1 Granny Smith Apple ( any green apple)
Some olive oil
1/2 a lemon squeezed
Some black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Few parsleys
