I feel sad for your friend. The balcony is so small even smaller than rumahwip balcony!! Might as well don’t give 😢 the layout is so weird! So much waste of space! I think developer use all the money on the bricks facade 😂
Thanks for comment, he also quite frustrated it. But after he compared few project then only decided this. Coz price also no cheap😂 It's rectangle shape, the corridor to Master wasted abit. Mostly the perfect one is square layout.

外观还真的是特出 每次经过都会看
确实会，毕竟也是第一个项目以红砖为主题的project
每次看到外观都觉得很美 public area也很好 原来里面这样有点可惜。。门对门，房间厕所小(那个洗脸盆omg，主人房窗口view.. 有舍有得🥺
门对门只有我朋友的单位，其他单位是没有门对门的😂只能说没有十全十美的project，只有适合/不适合
不能做ev charging port, 有什么值得加分的？难道业主在停车场充手机电源？
当下根据我的朋友说法是很难实行，至于后续业主入住了能不能安装成功就不晓得了...但是发展商是有准备了3个ev charging pot了在visitor cp😂

可以知道这个发展商哪里kiamsiap嘛，这样以后它看到comment就会大方点了😂😂
看完总结，一个只注重外表样貌，没什么考虑用户体验的project。 我相信买家花~RM700/Sqft 不只是想买个花瓶。新developer 吗？感觉缺点诚意和用心。
这个发展商是Tmn OUG的master developer，但是如果说high rise酱这个是他们第一个项目。
