When it comes to podcasts, the ones I keep up with are the ones who post on the same day weekly. It gives me more to look forward to each week, since they are consistent.

I do two loads of laundry a week I wash them dry them take them out of the washer and dryer. Put them on my sofa fold them and put them up done no big deal.

I stopped listening to the podcast because it's a bit too inconsistent/ when i check there's almost never a new one. I would definitely start adding it back into my routine if there was regularly new episodes!
