That lady was def more than any I've dealt with but there have been times I've had to excuse myself after a scene because I need to compose myself since as the employee I can't really react. Even crying, sometimes just sets off those customers. So Laura I'm sure you really helped her hearing that you saw how she handled herself and that she didn't deserve what happened

Omg wait what if the crazy woman at the restaurant was part of the cancellation that allowed you to get your reservation?! Like what if she was supposed to go on a date and her date canceled or broke up with her and she was pissed her dinner was ruined so she showed up anyway to eat 😂
Ahh sorry for your loss manny. Man I live in San Jose, could have been your chauffeur. It’s sad but seems like November & December is a time we loss a lot of people. I had 5 ppl past just last year between thanksgiving & Christmas 😢not including my sister and godfather a few years prior .

Laura try a salt pipe to help your allergies. They help by keeping your secretions more fluid so allergens are washed away before triggering a reaction. It cured my asthma! I also didn't catch a cold for about 5 years! Xx

But i feel like the only ONLY way to get back at these businesses is by NOT tipping. Tipping only reinforces that behavior that its okay not to give proper wages. Only in america do these business not give proper wages because of tips. In other countries, people don't need to give tips. If all together people don't tip anymore. The workers can unionize and force the business to give them the proper wages. I mean how do you as a person, a consumer, force the business to give proper wages. You aren't even doing anything like calling out the business that don't pay their employees.
Me and my husband are in our later 20s we always tip 20%+ sometimes I have to remind my husband that like a 50% tip isn’t necessary 🤣 but it’s so expensive these days we tip always and do extra when we can!!
The employee typically isn’t even the one asking for the tip, its the system that the management sets in place. All these businesses are the ones that need to start playing their employees. Why are they relying on people tipping in order for their employees to get paid???

No they we're able to dres up for Halloween but couldn't dress up as any characters like kill Bill, marvel characters and etcetera. Otherwise other outfits we're allowed such as Hydi klum who usually does characters but due to this year's rules she couldn't do her crazy character outfits so instead she did that peacock outfit because it didn't go against the rules they had this year..
I've had a similar thing happen to me and my husband on valentines day...and a couple in front of us didn't have a reservation and they were throwing a fit so after awhile I just said...excuse me we have reservations and we don't want to have to stand here for 20 mins while the couple asks for the manager and stuff and ruin our time and they started yelling at us!!! Some ppl are just miserable its disgusting!!!!
