Is quickwash here the same as turbowash?

No. Quick wash does your laundry in 15 min. Recommended for light and not so dirty clothes. Or even new ones that dont need much washing. Turbo wash on the other hand washes intensively and thoroughly in 39min. It speeds up the washing of any fabric
