Literally the cutest doctors office ever. I feel like if more waiting rooms were that cozy and cute, there would be a lot less stress and anxiety with going to the doctor!

We tried for over a year to get pregnant also. I was about to start fertility medicine but the doctor wanted me to take a preg test before I started. I thought there was no way I’d be pregnant but I took the test anyway so I could start the medicine. IT WAS POSITIVE!!! I seriously bawled my eyes out. It will happen when you least expect it! Sending baby vibes your way! 🥰🥰🥰

I have PCOS and it took us over a year of trying before we got pregnant and at the time of getting pregnant some things we were doing that we think helped a lot were running (exercise), green juice everyday, tea (rasberry leaf and spearmint), we meditated, we intermittent fasted and tried to eat as healthy as we could (we are vegan and we also cut back a lot on gluten and sugars). I definitely think all those things helped so much! :)
I was told by doctors it would be extremely hard for me to get pregnant, I got acupuncture done and was doing it every two weeks and I am currently pregnant! I started seeing the acupuncturist in August and got pregnant in December. I absolutely love it, it’s so calming and I would recommend it to anyone!

They really need to teach us more in school about our fertility. And especially emphasize that it doesn’t matter if you think you don’t want babies. It’s not even about that, it’s about female health and it’s soooo freaking important.

We had to do ivf after 4 plus years of trying. Wish you all the best!! ♥️ Didn’t think we could get pregnant naturally and 4 months after our first we got pregnant with our second baby. Both miracle babies🥰 due July 2021

Honestly it’s so amazing how open you are and I think it helps a lot of people to see you being very honest 💕 also acupuncture was really amazing for me and my tension and my migraines, that helped a lot and it also really helps with „zen time“

I have struggled to get pregnant after two ectopic pregnancies, and I have pcos so that makes things harder. But I am currently pregnant with my rainbow! You guys will be the cutest parents ever!!!!

I get massages to help with stress. I had a trauma two years ago and my therapist recommended it. Yes, yoga and meditations work too. I love the book The Body Keeps the Score. It's not about pregnancy but it talks about how the mind and body are connected. I also do breathing exercises. My life has been a lot better since I started doing all of this.
When you are stressed, pretend like you are blowing bubbles or actually blow bubbles. I used to keep bubbles in my car.
I had unexplained infertility and it was the worst! You feel like you try everything. I hope these things work for you and you get your sweet babe soon! Lots of good vibes being sent your way! I’ve heard the acupuncture is great!

I switched to doing more pilates and yoga based exercise to reduce cortisol and it really made a huge difference from when I used to do hiit and weight lifting. Melissa Woods app is amazing!! Best wishes with your fertility journey xx
Praying soo hard for you girl!! Currently 8 months pregnant and I can’t believe it’s my season and time to have a sweet baby. I’ve never used birth control or any type of prevention so part of me was nervous when this time rolled around. Was I getting lucky? Or was something wrong? But soo blessed my husband and I were able to conceive without problems and without any issues! I made huge life changes actually right before I got pregnant I was in a great place, no stress, so blissful and happy, working out, eating right, and taking multivitamins! and I truly do believe your body knows when it’s time 💓💓💓

Acupuncture is sooooo good! i did it for my anxiety but my dr told me that acupuncture helps for fertility! im 17 and it doesn't hurt at all

I tried for over a year and did acupuncture and was pregnant in a few months! Highly recommend it! Also, make sure to get your thyroid checked out! I went on thyroid meds at the same time I started acupuncture, and it can play a big role in fertility and keeping the pregnancy. I miscarried twice before doing these two things and doctors said that most likely played a part.
Storets stuff is all from SheIn so check on there if you want something for over half the price or it’s sold out on Storets 🙌🏻 I loved a pair of sandals off Storets last year and found them on SheIn for $20. Exact same shoe and quality lol just not the name tag

You should definitely try acupuncture! My mom was having a hard time getting pregnant, and when she tried acupuncture she got pregnant almost immediately!

JACIE OMG you should try pilates, women who take it prior to giving birth say it makes the birthing process a lot easier because your hip flexors are much more flexible after pilates!

Not that it matters, but you want to be hydrated for blood draws that way they can find your veins easier! you would only pass out from giving blood if you were dehydrated👍 anywho- praying for y’all’s journey!!💜💜

Acupuncture for fertility is amazing! I have multiple friends who have done it to help them get pregnant and I did it to induce my labor naturally so I didn’t need to get induced using pitocin. Highly recommend.

I know someone who tried for 3 years to get pregnant. There was nothing wrong with her or her husband at all. God just had a bigger plan. Don't give up hope!
Idk if this will help but I heard if your husband tries not to “get off” for over a week and holds off and then you do it when you’re fertile it may help get pregnant. Not sure if it works but maybe help 🤷🏼♀️

Get Leif tested as well!!!! SO IMPORTANT! We tried for 3 years before my husband got tested and figured out it was more an issue on his end. We actually were told six months ago that we would have to do IVF or a donor sperm or adoption. Low and behold out of the blue we got pregnant on our own and I am now 10 weeks!!!!
