This performance was from the 2001 Divas on Ice, and the ceative director for the show was Katarina Witt. Nancy had trained for the 2000 Pan American Games, the skating portion of which was held at Lake Placid and opened to the pros. Nancy got the bronze (Oksana 4th), and I think she had a revitalization of her career for a few years.

Probably mid to late 90's. Alot of figure skating programs were on TV then.
