Tiny rooms, low ceilings, home depot finishings, flat white walls with no design or textures, yeah 9 million sounds just about right oh and only $6000 a month for fees how could I pass this deal up
It’s not everyone’s style! At the end of the day you’re really paying for the neighborhood, amenities & services. Hopefully you like the next walkthrough I do more.
I appreciate how nice the unit is, however the square footage and level of finish doesn't warrant the price. It's the hottest neighborhood, but the unit isn't a 9M dollar unit. But ,they'll probably have someone with money, and no taste or idea of what bang you should get buy it . The laundry sans sink looked as common as a laundromat.im sure the amenities in the building are top notch, but the unit itself to me is a bit lackluster in what it includes.
ya looks a bit dingy for 9 million. Better off getting a smaller pad if you need to stay in boston, then a dope house on the cape/vineyard. Or if 9 million means nothing to you then just pay the price and be done.
I understand your perspective. The price is dictated by the uniqueness and lack of comparable homes in Boston - particularly within the Seaport District, on the harbor. It's an amazing property but would the unit command this price anywhere else? Probably not. Thanks for watching & commenting.
Sometimes I wonder if real estate prices in (or near) Boston are also influenced by various kinds of taxes (federal, state, and local) for real estate transactions in the area. I would suppose that sellers pay capital gains taxes for transactions, and I would suppose that buyers pay real estate sales taxes for transactions.
Imagine paying 9.2 mill for an apartment and then still having to pay $75,000 a year just to be allowed to live in it 😢 Boston Seaport is awesome though!
I’m from Boston…I can tell you are trying to sell these luxury condos, but I have 2 suggestions for you. First, get a new designer who connects better with the city and it’s uniqueness. Big colorful maps, some kind of color palette bc the gray is way overboard. Something to do with sports, history or the ocean. Original art is everywhere too. Then, I suggest you point out that south station is down the street and access to cape cod by train. Also, ferries to Provincetown or Salem. Good luck.

Facts!
always a good day when you hear "for those of you who don't know my name is Charlie Smith..."

Excellent video & presentation of this home. Love the St. Regis building.
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful home!
@@marclesiakarim I agree! Thanks for watching

It’s a pricey home for sure!
What a totally overvalued home. It looks like a hotel suite. The maintenance fees are total gouge too.
Thanks for the opinion
Right where Whiskey Priest used to be. Seaport has to be one of the most developed areas in all USA in last 10 years
It certainly is!
Did you upload this video at 5fps?
@@KyleS860 No.. It’s in 4K.
@ yes it’s 4k but the frame rate is so low it makes the video very choppy, and hard to watch. Otherwise good stuff.
@@KyleS860 It’s in 30Fps by default, I’ll try 60 for my next home tour. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for these insights! I appreciate the suggestions - will certainly incorporate some of these elements in my newer videos.
I don't think that people who can afford a 9M dollar property care too much about public transport opportunities in the area ...
I could buy a waterfront mansion for half that price Quincy. And invest the rest in business and leisure for the rest of my life ..
True!
Save this post, a crash is on the way. Exogenous shock or just correction.
@@tabithan2978 That’s what people have been saying for years!
@@luxuryboston eventually it will be correct. I waited till ‘08 to deploy cash, Apple and alphabet, worked out fantastic, I’m all set
You may be right! Time will tell. You plan on buying a lot of real estate if this happens?
@@luxuryboston yup, either lake or beach house and a condo in CA near my daughter. Thanks to my father’s advice, buy on big dips.
@@tabithan2978 I think you should also buy a condo here in Boston from me 🙂.
9 Mil? what a joke.
Prices here can definitely be surprising.
that's Boston bruh, best city in world!
Boston is expensive as fuck and the Seaport is the most expensive neighborhood in Boston.
OMG that is crazy. I used to work right next to that building. No way I'd ever want to live there to be honest and 9M? Get real. lol
Not a fan of the Seaport neighborhood?
9 million, but the bathroom door can’t open fully without hitting the tub 😅
😬
And weed is legal.
