I Went to Triumph today looking to buy one of these. I ended up putting a deposit down on a 2 year old ex-demo T120. The previous models all came with Heated grips, Centre stand and rear grab rail as standard. For 2021 this is an additional £700 "comfort pack". On balance, I decided the 2021 model was significantly more expensive (the matt black is also £350 extra) but was still more or less the exact same bike but with less features. For me the 2021 models don't justify their price tags, Gorgeous bikes though and they ride like an absolute dream...

It’s the same motto as the last one and before that and before that.... I love this bike but put a led light on it and touch screen or a Fatter Tire on the back or give it a heated seat to go with the heated grips make that thing look like I need it. The bike looks my 2017 I don’t need this one it just has a different paint job lol I love my bike
I wish they replace the pea shooter with a megaphone, most owners replace it right away, because they look like man sausage. Beside that, it's perfect.
Still the useless Phantom tires haven't gone. If Triumph have paid any attention to customer feedback and FB groups, its the first thing riders change. CC is welcome, but why delete the center stand and heated grips?
Often see the Triumph fanboys trashing Harley riders for being just looks and style and no power. How this is different?? Half of the video is about "cool looks, trims and colors". Plus halogen light, tubed wheels, chain drive without a center stand... wtf it´s 2021, wake up Triumph!

Not sure whether the dual tone matte finish on the tank was the way to go. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. The earlier matte black was ❤

Styling was for the worse. Should have left an option for all black. Maybe next year.
Removing features is also a sin. Overall disappointed.
Alloy wheels brembo brakes weight savings much better
