BAKER D285R MOTOR WINDING TESTER - Repaired Successfully

The Baker D285R Motor Winding Tester checks the insulation quality of motor windings to detect faults like insulation breakdown, shorts, and other issues. Its key functions include surge testing to find turn-to-turn or phase-to-phase faults, insulation resistance (IR) testing to identify insulation degradation, and dielectric absorption (DA) and polarization index (PI) tests to assess insulation condition. It also performs DC HiPot testing to ensure insulation can handle electrical stress, and stator resistance testing to identify imbalance or connection issues in the windings.
