  • I modified my gasoline / nitroglycerine engine in people playground. In the 1.26 update, nitroglycerine flasks can now be controlled using electricity. Instead of using heat like in my previous design, I can now use electricity (which has its benefits) to control the engine. This design is simpler and faster than my previous engine designs. Im still working on the design, updates soon (maybe).

    Very nice, simple design. I've always been making my nitro engines way too complicated, I never have actually thought of this design before

    Nice, didn’t notice the patch, I just made a really compact nitro engine, it’s about the size of a human leg 👍

      I think you call that an RC car engine xD

    This is a nice idea! I can see this being used for possible vehicle movement. I am going to try to make a car first, then if that works ima see if I can make a working plane using this.

    You can also make a faster engine simply by making the piston longer, smaller flywheeel, and better timing. (The timing should open the valve when the piston’s fly wheel is at 1:05 a clock, then you get maximum power output because there is no power being pushed before the piston makes a full revolution. And BY THE WAY, ENGINES ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE ELECTRIC MOTORS TO START, just to make the process easier and technically harder because you don’t want to add anymore torque, you want enough power to move the piston one full rotation without any stall. For example melon playgrounds motors go up to 20000 torque, so if you were to put one of those motors on this engine as a starter motor, probably put around 560-730 torque and it’s perfect enough to start the engine, and make the piston a wheel for less mechanical friction, (which means more rpm) and make the spark plug and valve shoot at an angle so so that the car has a different type of ignition, every engine is different so try out different angles instead of just straight on as the engine might work better at an angle. (Like some two stroke engines usually do, and btw the wheel acts as oil, if you put four wheels around the piston so that it doesn’t touch anything, and then make sure the put something at the bottom so the explosion doesn’t touch the wheel. And boom. Now you have an engine that can hit over 3500 rpm. How? I didn’t test it yet I will soon, and when I do I’ll keep everyone posted.

      And btw if you make it and it doesn’t work for you, also show me so I can see why it’s not working and then we can solve the problem because engines should be able to hit 10000k rpm, (in real life with only 300 horsepower.. cough cough rotary engine) and yeah it doesn’t use a piston sure, but that’s why it only makes so much power, pistons are better.

      Because the fly wheel for the rotary is so small to compensate with torque problems, that it’s able to go over 10k rpm, but in reality that’s like a v8 going 6000 rpm so it’s not the fastest even if 10k rpm sounds crazy!

    yo effone, I see you are pretty good in making engines, how about we team up and try something?

    Hey dude, the video is a bit misleading though. The engine isn't actually running at 2500 RPM, that's a number way too good to be true so I counted the RPM, and got my numbers to be 500 to 600 revolutions per minute, or 8.3 to 10 revolutions per second.

    • @EffoneJaiver
      @EffoneJaiver  Год назад

      The reason why I used 2500rpm was because I tested it with an rpm sensor I made previously.
      I used a rotor to calibrate the sensor, I just used random test speeds at first.
      But basically I set sensor to acitvate when the rotor was spinning at like 2400-2500, then I tested the sensor with my engine and it also activated. So I assumed my engine was going at like 2400-2500.
      If that was a bit confusing I can post like a short or sumn to explain it better.

      nvm im being stupid, the rotor speed isnt in rpm

      @@EffoneJaiver It is fine. The maximum RPM an engine in PPG could ever get, is 1500. That's Variegatus' work. I made a nitro engine that runs 900 RPM, it's a 4 radial engine made by me
      (RPMs are tested by counting, and using an RPM mod Variegatus made for the two of us)
