In this lab we will be sniffing passwords from a remote network using Wireshark. We will be using a remote host interface to capture and inspect network traffic.
EC-Council iLabs allows students to dynamically access a host of Virtual Machines preconfigured with vulnerabilities, exploits, tools, and scripts from anywhere with an internet connection.
Our simplistic web portal enables the student to launch an entire range of target machines and access them remotely with one simple click. It is the most cost effective, easy to use, live range lab solution available. Most of our courses come equipped with iLabs, but iLabs can be purchased independently.

This will not work this way for a normal packet switching network.

The moviescope.com doesn't seem use SSL 443 port thus, the "txtpwd" is easier to find. Can we specify a machine to sniff? I have use wireshark (windows and kali) before for my networking classes but I haven't done much with it.

if https is used, traffic including passwords is encrypted.
