I am extremely concerned about cruelty to animals.... However, not quite as much as I am cruelty to humans.... Unfortunately, most people I've ever met, almost completely lack any concern for their fellow person's life or what cruelty they are forced to experience.... That's the sad part..
Doesn't this breed naturally grow fur that long anyway? If so, then it's probably much worse for the ones living in the wild with all the tangles, debris caught in the fur, etc. I also wonder about how angora clothing is made -- is it sourced from brushed bunnies ethically? I really don't know much about bunnies, tbh, but I'd like to know more.
Shotgun Charlotte Yes, they do grow this much fur naturally. Some companies do harvest it humanely, but unfortunately most don't. I have heard about videos surfacing online where they rip the skin and fur off while the bunny is still alive, and apparently you can hear it screaming and everything. I've never sat down and watched them though, I don't have the heart to.
I got to meet her and her rabbits at a rabbit show. She blow dried them at the show too!! I thought it was hilarious! I ended up buying one of her angora hair beanies that she makes herself!!
Got to love my friend Betty, I’ve learned so much from her. I raise a different breed of Angora (Satin Angora) than she does but I spend a bunch of time grooming so my coats are beautiful & learned much from Betty. This past year I won top wool at national convention for the Satin Angoras & it was a long road to meet the goal of becoming the best. Many ask if they get hot w/ that wool, sure but found my 2 non-Angora breeds are more likely to get over heated before my Angoras ironically. I’ve raised most the recognized breeds in the US & breeds such as the Flemish Giant are more likely to get overheated before an Angora ironically. I’ve also raised Giant Angoras & they’re big teddy bears, had one that would fall asleep on my lap & snore as I groomed him every day, he was so relaxed. I’ve shown nearly 30 years & my Angoras are among my favorites. They have great personalities.
those poor bunnies, too much fur they can barely see and grooming themselfes (a natural bunny behavior) myst be awful, no space to run around in those tiny cages.... with all of these rabbits in shelters needing homes, breeding is one of the worst things you can do
UntoldTeaRoom in a cage like that, no matter how much exercise they get, it wont help. bunnies are more active at night and no one wants to get up in the middle of the night to supervise a bunny running around

These rabbits are literally being inbred to have a potent fur gene and it can cause a lot of trouble to their health
Oh thankyou for that info
@@HanakkoLove and they are kept in pretty bad conditions :(
Ik she shouldn’t force them to grow their hair
i bet you can make a sweater with all the extra fur from brushing them ☺️
Angora Rabbit yarn is a thing btw.
Iwas thinking the same
Dang, OwO thats warm
kay b that will be fluffy as hell
i had a rabbit like this one... we had to shave around his butt hole so he can be less messy
Omg 😂
Urdu Jokes LOL!
That means he had medical problems and people think it is funny I cannot believe people!
Crunchy Slushīe it's not funny it's sad becaus the bunny had health issues!!
It looks like a cloud with a face.
You can barley even see the face 😂
:"(
Those poor rabbits, this is selective breeding gone too far. It seems like a miserable existence.
massage and pamper all day. be fluffy. eat. sleep. poo. eat. be fluffy. all day spa. be fluffy. forever. or how ever long you live if you are a fluffy rabbit.
+Jesse Coyote rofl
+Jesse Coyote And live it that tiny tiny cage!? Okay sometimes she brings them to the yard (the bunnies, not milkshakes) but still... She's doing everything else right but those cages...... ;___;
+Imonai04 dat milkshake do
Imonai04 those cages are pretty much the norm for all domestic bunbuns! and they likely do not spend 24/7 in those. she is very good to those angoras and believe me, they are very content.
+Jesse Coyote Exactly. Those bunnies are so relaxed around her it's obvious she loves them and treats them like gold. She's clearly just using the cage to transport them.
This woman would be my best friend. She is so cute and dedicated to her rabbits and she clearly loves them. I love at the end, "no way, I would bring , my rabbits with me."

The real question is
*how does the rabbit looks when he's wet..?*
A moppe
Like a rat, at least mine does.
@@yoshidex64 why would you wet them?
@@bnnyhlp952 So I can clean him better.
@@yoshidex64 so your bunny doesn't clean itself?
Jesus I hope they have bigger cages than that.. lord
Prolly not. People like this treat their animals like objects. Just things to look pretty or act a certain way.
Those look like show or travel cages.
My rabbit is trained like a cat or dog. Litter box.. no cage.. free run 24/7. Best house pet I ever had. Animal that’s literally built to run, hate seeing them locked up
relax dude
The small ones are definitely travel cages
I lost it when she said "find her treasure in the long coat." Good god hahahahaha 2:30
She is a real lady.
As long as she doesn't rip fist full of fur out of the rabbits and sell the fur for profit I'm fine with this. Their so cute and clearly she cares dearly for them!
Be aware of angora farms though!!!!
DONT BUY REAL ANGORA FUR!!! EVER!!!
CornBeanSoup You are correct angora rabbits raised for their wool in China are horribly abused
The only time you buy is when the fur is moulting off the bunny then you know it's cruelty free
But I think the owner in this vid could have made some profit because I noticed that some fur were coming off when she was brushing them so... she could have made some money off the fur without abusing them
Mary W some use shears to cut the fur
why don't they just cut the fur?
Something feels off about her. I feel this lady is more interested in being in the Guinness book of record, the prizes and the rabbit shows then the rabbits.
Of course it’s all a joke to her, she probably called to be here 🤣
I got allergies just by watching this.
I wanted to sneeze 😅
oh yeah well your a kitsune/furry
That's a huuuge bunneh. How much is fluff how much is rabbit, though?
About a third is actual bunny if not less.
100% fluff
5% bunneh
whiskeychip 105%
Every person with curly hair when they blow dry their hair
Lmao true🤣😂
They are just the cutest! I can’t even imagine how soft they are
My mom would make something out of all that fur. (She's a fiber artist)
Laura Puckett I'm a needle felter.. and I would love to own one of these bunnies so I could needle felt with its fur.. so pretty and cute!!
My mom would make a casserole with them.
Laura Puckett This moment when you realize you have tons of angora bunny fur of your deceased bunny.

+gross peanuts fucking chill
no just stop you can't even take care of your own hair
I am "chill" u need to get off me.
I feel sorry for the poor bunny and how it must feel in summer.
If you keep them in a cool environment they wont be hot at all.
She obviously taks the up most care of them, that will not be an issue with her taking care of them.
Oooooh my God!!! They're so chiuuuute!!!
You can barely see them, they're so fluffy...They're just big fur-balls... 😮😮
I just want to mush them and squeeze them and lay on them like pillows!
They probably can't see you either. Too much fur on their eyes. Not cute, cruel.
+MAILEN CHANNEL sweetie, I appreciate your concern for these big fur balls, but I think we need to first and foremost be concerned about cruelty that happens or is done to our fellow person.... once we are really concerned about that, then and only then do we have the right to be concerned about cruelty to little animals.... I am extremely concerned about cruelty to animals.... However, not quite as much as I am cruelty to humans.... Unfortunately, most people I've ever met, almost completely lack any concern for their fellow person's life or what cruelty they are forced to experience.... That's the sad part..
you are absoulutely right, that much fur is unfair twoards the rabbit
Betty Chu is taking excellent care of these beautiful rabbits.
i like this lady. she's funny and seems like a very sweet person.
Her English is awesome. She must've worked hard on it. She's so cute haha

Alot of it is actually fluff, not much bunny :p
about 70% fluff 27% bunny and 3% dust
THE BUNNY IS NOT FOR SALE.
The fluff alone is 8 dollars and ounce but the rabbit along is 180
The Chaos Dragoness 99% fluff 1% bunny

I’m surprised no one has made a chungus joke
How does it even see? Trim that dam bunny🐇

UTS THE RABBIT UPSIDE DOWN every bunny owner should know that that’s a now go and look at the small cages they are in I feel so bad
Rabbits are fine upside down at rabbit shows they turn them upside down for heaven sakes clearly you haven’t been to one
That's not a rabbit, it's a rat with a wig XD
those poor bunnies, too much fur they can barely see and grooming themselfes (a natural bunny behavior) myst be awful, no space to run around in those tiny cages.... with all of these rabbits in shelters needing homes, breeding is one of the worst things you can do
T ! OMG THANK YOU YOUR LITERALLY RHE ONLY SENSIBLE PERSON IN THIS COMMENT SECTION
Naomi ! A rabbit gets out for exercise every day and those are traveling cages rabbits still groom theirselves they just need help sometimes
UntoldTeaRoom in a cage like that, no matter how much exercise they get, it wont help. bunnies are more active at night and no one wants to get up in the middle of the night to supervise a bunny running around
UntoldTeaRoom this specific breed can need professional care to trim their coats as they get difficult to treat themselves
UntoldTeaRoom regardless there are so many bunnies in shelters that need homes and shes just breeding for money. its sick
The owner is really nice too them but I feel bad like can they even see or be Active?
Layla Lubocki they were in a big garden later on in vid
Yeah they can see
Dogs with hair in front of their eyes can see for some reason so its not hard for rabbits to see
They’re a lot better off than wild rabbits, no danger, they have food, etc. So it’s a pretty easy life. I’d say they’re fine.
Lol there is always a way for someone to feel bad somehow....
Layla Lubocki first thing I thought, how do the see. I have a peruvian guinea pig and I had to cut his bangs cuz im like I know he can't see. Lol
