26:05 Tobias elbow fouled, not Corey. 26:44 Bad call against Corey that it was a "false start". I mean, there were several bad calls against Corey. They seemed too focused on Corey
Corey is statically stronger than Tobias but Tobias was just to technical and too fast. He is lightning fast and catches pullers before their power gets engaged
Tobias would still win, even strapped every round. As we saw, the second round that they were strapped, Tobias stopped Corey, and in a very bad position. Corey doesn't have the stamina or intelligence to beat Tobias.
@@JonathanBixby-k2h Nah it was clearly really easy when Corey got in the straps. The problem was Corey kept trying to hold on outside the straps and was fast asleep on the go.
That's true. I was an exercise science major in college. One day, one of my professors tested our reaction time. I was always fast, so I expected to do really well, but I was 32 years old, and most of the students were 18-22. To my surprise, I had one of the slowest reaction times in the class! Tobias is so fun to watch. Just needs a mean streak, the ref bias was pretty ridiculous (too many things to mention, but the actual false starts from Corey after the fake false start from Tobias were particularly hilarious) and he just allowed it to happen instead of fighting them.
When Tobias wins he is a class act, no boasting. When Corey got his pin in the strap he acted like a classless, insecure, undisciplined slob. Embarrassing.

Corey seems to be 75% into it, kinda checked out. He needs to dedicate himself, get down to 350lbs and workout daily, do pullups like Levan doing a set of 20, way more table time practice, etc. Train with a few pros. If he did all that he'd be more technical, have stronger hands and be faster on go...and win!
I love Tobias. No Entourage. Just sitting in his corner with his girl or a friend and staying calm. Pulling those amazing strong guys and his young age. A pleasure to watch.
What a mess. Giving someone a false start, because the referee cant remove there hand the second time. Man he is lost as a referee, also the first false start Tobias gets even when he start just a little to fast, it clear that the referee is saying 1 thing but hesitating in moving his hand.
For superheavyweights its only absolute strength that maters. Coreys issue was not strength it was speed, maybe coordination and technique too. When things slowed down in his lane he was stronger.

Corey's strength is legit. Clearly stronger than an elite puller like Tobias (and Corey even stonewalled Kurdecha before). Tobias was unfortunately just too fast and technical for Corey.
Tobias understood that risking a warning over a false start is more rewarding than waiting the judge for a proper Ready go.
