On the other hand, Shaq sounds upset and disappointed. You can see the difference between their two personalities. Kobe's just different. He's more serious and has a vision of where he wants to go and what he wants to achieve. Shaq is more laid back and casual. You can see how their two personalities would clash. I can understand why Kobe would not play team ball at that time. He did preface it by saying "in the next 5 years..." meaning from 2005-2009, so that actually held up.
