Thanks for taking us on a tour of your stash. I wish I lived close, I would gladly help you sort your ‘YTBS’. I myself have a few jars and bins, but you for sure have me beat.
Hey Reggy, I work in a Hardware store In Virginia, USA. I'm in charge of the fastener aisle a nd place an order once a week. I have to go through hundreds of bins to determine what fasteners we need. Your collection is amazing. I like to look for older fasteners that are made in the US. All we get are inferior Chinese products. As time goes on American made fasteners are becoming more difficult to find. I have a fairly good amount at my house but after watching this video, I really don't have that much. YTBS, love it!😂Really good video, enjoy seeing your warehouse. You are an inspiration! 👍🏻
Whats goiong to happen to all the wonderfull hardware when you die. I have about 1/5 of what you have. I have my grandfathers, fathers, mine. When I die my soninlaw gets it all.
If you really want to organize more efficiently go down to the local hardware store and take note of how they organize everything. Then everything else you can set aside. If you don’t use it within 1 year, give it away or sell it for scrap.
That represents 30 years of collecting I dispose of nothing my friend. Sometimes I have to wait a long time but it does come in and he’s very useful eventually
I only know what’s there because I am forever dipping in and out and searching for stuff so in the process of searching. I also see what’s there, but it would be interesting to do a stock check but I think it would take way too long and what would I do with that information?
Yes! The biggest private collection of hardware in the WORLD!!!!!! Without a doubt.... =D
I would never use that much hardware in my entire life yet I'm oddly envious.
Lmao….thank you 🤣
You need to start small like with a small inexpensive collection of something like dowels, of course, from hard wood(s).
