Hello Zack, This was my boat. My Dad and myself built everything you see. From the trailer to the cabin. I'd love to send you pictures of it before you got it and tell you about how it came to be. I have so many great memories on that boat. The pipe you removed on the front deck was for a grill. I had a 90 degree piece welded on the pipe that the grill would mount to. That way you could just unscrew it and store it inside when not in use. We built the trailer out of scrap metal we had laying around the shop. I'd love to email or talk to you about it. It really brings back so many memories. I can't believe I found this on RUclips.

She's coming right along. I really like the idea of the high-mounted lights, not only to stop them catching on things, but it makes them much more visible. The move with forgetting those bolts is straight out of my playbook! Couldn't tell you how often I've done something similar. It's interesting to note the 4 pin connection as here in Oz everything trailer-related is usually at least 6 or 7 pin connectors. About the only thing I would have done differently is paint/treat the boards before putting them on, but I'm dealing with saltwater all of the time. Big scratches for Socks!

Hey thanks for watching Harper. Yes we have picked a name. My niece just recently passed away in a car crash 2 days after her 18th birthday. Her name was Audrey Lee. So in her memory we are naming the houseboat Audrey Lee.
I still have it. I have just been concentrating on this one. The other one will be up for sale soon. Just as soon as I get the title in my name and put new tires on the trailer and pack the trailer bearings with fresh grease it will be up for sale.
