Thank you!
Looks like the apocalypse vehicles are assembling! Mad Max would be proud! 💪
This place is like finding a goldmine of vintage trucks!
Next step - restoring one for a road trip to the bunker ⛰
PLEASE consider filming some of your "annoying work" for us. I find it very entertaining, relaxing and also inspiring. You are the reason that pushed me to fix my shop doing some work, and sometime I work in my shop with some of your video in the background.
You say that it is tedious and there's no point in filming that, but I will say that many of us here are craving for that kind of content, so please consider doing that :) Just turn on the camera and do what you do. We will like it :)
It's nice to have you back here :D Greetings from Sicilia, Italy!
I’m patiently waiting for the day he cleans everything up. A lot of that stuff could go to scrap. Seeing the new area all nice and flat and not cluttered was very satisfying.
The Man who can move mountains. Very impressed with what you do M8
Hey Al, I gotta say that if it weren't for Dave, I wouldn't know who you were but I've been here since the first interaction and I am here until the end mate! You are one of the smartest people I've ever seen and your time spent with Spark's only enriches your quirky style and humour. All the best from down under mate!
Alan, I want to apologize. I assumed your activities in the dirt work were random edging toward a little chaotic, You had exactly what you wanted in mind and I mistook your steady diligent work for moving dirt for the sake of moving dirt. You knew exactly what you wanted and how to go about it, my sincere apology. Keep'em coming !!!!
There seems to be a method with the Wizards Madness throughout this entire project
Alan always has a plan
Alex, you are intelligent, you know what you're doing ❤
I love the army jeep to
Nice work Alan. That’s impressive what that loader could do especially without teeth. It would be great to see a gantry crane in your new workshop to help you out. We would all like to see life getting easier for you on the mountain.
Alans back, nice..
Nice progress!! You should film moveing all the dirt to! There is channels that have a little automatic robot mower that peole subscribe and pay to watch and you working is far more entertaining that that! Just saying! Keep up the progress man love it!!! Keep pushing
Keep it moving Allen you are one impressive gentleman.
Bunker platform looks great wizard!! Thank you for helping recover that man and bringing his family closure
Welcome back Alan missed your videos
You are one hard worker
Love all your Junk especially those Dodge duece and a halves
You are such an inspiration Alan :-) God Bless You!
Wow, you have a busy wizard!
Well hi Wizard, long time no see!! I just knew once you got the hydraulics fixed on that big old Michigan that it would come in handy and accomplish a lot for you!
Thank you for the final view, it was indeed awesome! ❤️🙏
Good show old Bean!
Mr wizard I haven’t seen anybody as persistent as you. Great job luv the channel 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hey Alan, we know you’re working hard even when we don’t see a video from you. Appreciate all the videos you share with us! You are amazing and I love to see all the things you can do. You are so gifted. God bless you!
looks mucho better
Always good to see whats happing Alan.👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for the update, Alan :)
Only the Wizard can move a mountain! 👍
Happy to see a video drop.
I've been seeing Alan on HeavyD's channel quite often.
It's always entertaining to see what the wizard is up to.
You should set up a wide angle camera and make timelapses of you moving the dirt. I would totally watch that.
OK Wizard, seen ya on Big D's Cold Case, so I knew you were still on this side of the dirt, thank the creator.... Glad to see ya moving dirt, hope ya don't get any heavy rain storms, what a mess that would be! Keep up the amazing work brother...💪🦾👍🤠
Alan, you may think just moving dirt is boring and not worthy of a video, but there are successful YT channels based on it. People will definitely watch you doing it especially with old equipment. Some just to see it run, others it’ll bring back memories of running it themselves. At the very least set up a time lapse or speed up a video and condense hours of footage into minutes like Andrew Camarata does. Just get a video out there so you can make some money to help pay for the fortress.
Good to see you again. Progress is being made, at your own pace. It's good to be busy, trust me you will get to the end soon enough. Be well. Thanks for sharing.
Nice to see you back Alan . But I was really hoping to see you start to work on the fortress again. But I do enjoy everything you're doing. Thanks for sharing.
Allen, it is all good you need to take care of things or nothing to share i get it. I hope all is well with your surgery, riding in a helo is awesome i have only done it a few times for work.
Alan that is a lot of dirt you have been moving. Wow I cannot imagine how much fuel and hydraulic fluid you had to buy to do that much work.
AWESOME! LOOKS GREAT AND I CAN SEE SOME OF YOU IDEAS ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
I THINK YOU WILL NEVER COMPLETE THE MOUNTAIN FORTRESS. YOU HAVE JUST ADDED YEARS MORE WORK TO THIS PROJECT.
Good to see you again , was searching for you. Glad your back . God bless and be safe .
Love your attitude and your work ethic, thanks
Very KOOL Alan You sure did Move a lot of Dirt For sure keep up the good work
You might need the fortress for the zombie apocalypse before you think! 😂
Nice job
What ever happened to Sparks organizing a group of people with specific skills to help you with the fortress??? You basically had to send him a resume and he was going to choose the people with the right skills. Did you shoot down that idea??? Haven't heard anything about it in a while.
Each time u pop-up and say I'm back. I've already for got about u until then. Way to log between each video. lol Good Luck 👍🏼
Great to see and hear from you Alan.
I’d been wondering how you’ve been getting on with the fortress recently, considering I’d not seen any videos drop and all I have seen of you is appearances in heavy Ds channel and videos.
No doubt as much as you need and enjoy your job with those guys I keep wondering how your doing, or if you have the time for your own projects. Good to see your progress and hard work paying off,
Quick thought though - I know you don’t get rain that often but is it worth digging any channels or drainage - especially around your ramp areas so if you do get any big storms it isn’t going to ruin or wash away all your hard work?
All the best mr friend and look forward to the next update
lol memories of driving old wore out equipment from the 60's . super tight on track steering with min play. and high speed earth moving. lol. at the time hated it but look back at it and it was worth the experience.. from hit n miss motors to slow winches . but it gets the job done lol
I thought Dave was going to help you this year
Allan is the embodiment of go big or go home wow
looks really good you have accomplished a lot of work. tighten the steering box on articulating loader. looks great.
This is both a bit cynical and meant comically but may I suggest a proper sprinkler system in the future bunker. 😅
Also for the fill dirt part, have you thought of proper drainage so it doesn’t erode like crazy when it has rained?
Maybe consider hydro seeding grass on the banks of the fill.
So the grass acts as a carpet where rainwater runs off of instead of cutting in the fill.
Setup a hillside camera and just let it run. 🏃♂️ do a voice over and send. Yes we seen it before but. Thumb up 👍
Hi Alan! I learned to operate equiptment on machines like that. Its been a long time. Im surprised you dont have a rock crusher. You do nice work with what you have!
Looking great!
Very impressive. My only concern would be that having the time, and energy to get what you want done.
Lovely to see you again
That's going to be a super Kool Motor pool
Glad to see you're doing okay.
I got an idea for you if you like.
I think you should put your camera way up on a pole somewhere up high and just put it on time lapse record.
You moving dirt or doing whatever, you don't have to narrate or anything.
You can put it up as a short, you could post it as a whole 30 minutes.
People are going to watch it regardless, I guarantee.
You're the ant in the farm my friend.🐜
I visited my mother in a care home and a number of the other residents where watching RUclips videos of construction sites. No talking, no music, just a window to an active construction site.
Wow wow wow Amazing, nice to have u back!
Awesome! You're doing it Alan, awesome work done. Making way to get a bunker for the stuff is a great move forward. Best of luck from Europe-NL! A bucket for the lift is an interesting idea, handy to use and work around with, get stuff around with more volume to it etc. And yeah clearing boulders etc. Great ideas! Can't wait to see more! :D Good luck man!
keep on keepin brother wizard!!
Kinda missed ya you old goat...
missed you
Thanks for the update. I hope you can get most of the dirt moved before the snow hits.
Finish the fortress before starting on another massive project
Great video.
Interesting , trying to put a downslope road on plane with an old michigan..... it is amazing that you actually do succeed. Pleased that Heavy D found your forstress and put it on air.
Yes Alan, your back 🎉.
I wish I could help you buddy. It looks like a lotta fun! Put me up a small Quonset hut home out there and I will pick up and move.
You need to talk Sparks into some tunneling equipment, so you can "borrow" it for some digging under the mountain.
Ole Dave should lend you an excavator for goodness sakes
good work keep it up
Bro is cooking for sure.
Holy shit, Alan, that is absolutely crazy. Have you done anything at all on the fortress? I guess you probably didn’t. I don’t know how you would have any time.
You could put a grapple that comes down to the forks using one hydro cylinder on the fork truck to pinch rocks
Are you still working on the fortress too?
I’ve been waiting for an update on your place and all your work. A lot of progress on moving gravel. How is the building coming along with windows and walls?
You sure fight that wheel
I really enjoy watching you play in your sand box. You would be hell with some newer equipment. Wonder if there is a way to trade up some of your toys for some newer toys?
I always look forward to seeing fortress updates 😊👍
Will you be reinforcing the bank you have cut out of the mountain?
That's quite a chunk you've cut out and with the weather soon about to change, is there a risk of a landslide at all?
That's what I was wondering about. I was thinking spray it with a mix of water and seed for roots to hold the surface. Or peg metal mesh over it to cover it?
@@claireseyeviewonredbubble yeah seeds are a good idea on the hill going up a way on the mountain.
Maybe mesh and spray concrete too.
surgery? i hope everything is ok with you
Have you considered selling some of your treasures to buy some newer or less worn machines, save your body?
nice harde work
Get sparks to buy a grader so you can use it 👍 he hasn’t got one of those yet haha
Hey Alan put a small blade on your forklift that way you can straighten things out
Hey, Alan I was just thinking about you last week.
Man, just steering that thing is a workout
hey alan love your work. just a bit concerned about a land slide on your new pad. are you going to make a retaining wall?
also I'm here on a pension in Australia doing not much at all other than traveling around Australia in my campervan and helping my mum when i can and i would love to come on a holiday and give you a hand :) just an idea
The first patent for weather modification was issued in 1891 and was for a method that involved shooting liquefied carbonic acid gas into the atmosphere:
Patent number: 462,795
More videos you put out the more money you make .😊
1 am here...watching it anyways 😅
Diggin is always slow goin
Maybe as D to get a few guys out with machines to help with some of that stuff, I guess he can get busy but he could have some time to lend a hand for a day or so, maybe a skidsteer for your road?
A trick is always better than hiding a key.
Are you not afraid of a landslide when you take out so mutch material from the hill side.
I know you have way more than enough projects to contend with. Just a thought. Would welding on some proper sized CAT bucket teeth on the loader bucket be beneficial to you at all? I didn't get to see how straight or not that bucket leading edge is or isn't. If it's not straight you could always weld on plenty of length of AR steel as a reinforcement to that edge. DO that before ever welding on any bucket teeth in case the existing edge is deformed and worn away/not straight.
Hang in there allen❤❤❤❤❤😅😅😅😅
Tell us your background and how you ended up with your mountain and all your machines.
Good morning Alan. How much is left on the building of the Fortress?
Would it be worth renting / horse trading for use of a grader, maybe improve the mountain road at the same time? Also think y’all oughta be considering drainage, especially on the mountain side of things…
Constant Changes
Did those words, scrap metal were mentioned. Money in the swear jar
You should watch for a Walmart to close to build another store and salvage the steel roof and pier beams and set it up on your property then you'd have a shop !!!
Is that classic land slide terrain? Man I hope that slope doesn't go!
see the changes
Hi Alan, dont you have fear for a landslide on this mountain side ( 09:11 )? (heavy rain e.g)
drag chain link fence it will smoothen the road in the end. wgen your done filing the dirt
good work Alan, would be better to have a tractor trailer and load that and tip on road , but its coming on, i said before the hydraulics on old machines can be what makes them good or an expensive nightmare, 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
