Hi Margaret: They're all lovely, and they give you such a beautiful glow! What a difference a pretty blush makes. Oh how I love to watch you play with makeup Margaret! You bring such joy to everything you apply to your canvas ( face!)!!! I use Burts Bees cheek and lip stick- kind of a balm... they are much more sheer than the creams that you showed us, but, I follow them with powder blush - I do use a silicone make up blender to pat the blushes into my skin ( I also use the blender to pat my foundation into my skin as well- five minutes at least - pat concealer too if I am using it- it depends. This gives a look of the foundation really being skin like ) - I had used brushes ... but it seemed to move the foundation too much for my liking- so now I only lightly use a big fluffy brush to blend if necessary... as always you INSPIRE and nurture our creative artist within! Margaret you have beautiful cheek bones! I would personally not bring the blush so forward on the face - I find as we age it helps to place it a bit farther back, with a light touch, in my opinion, I think it will lift your beautiful face even more. Trinny brings it more forward but obviously she doesn’t look even close to her natural age (lots of ‘work’ done lol)
I'm a little late to this conversation but wanted to add my cream and liquid blush selections (at all price points) for my aging skin. I've tried and continue to use Milk Makeup stick blushes (my favorite), RMS Beauty, Laura Mercier, Fenty stick bronzer, Palladio (available at Sally Beauty in the US), Julep, Maybelline, Loreal and Cover Girl. Finally, another big favorite of mine is Daniel Sandler, which is a liquid blush. They are subtle but divine and perfect for many skin types. Personally, I've loved everything I have used during my year-long search for the perfect blush.
I bought that very same RCMA palette at a NY cosmetic show. Loved until I hit pan! Fortunate to live near a Dollar General and reviewed their line of makeup when it was released. Their eyeliner is excellent too! Thanks for all you do Margaret!
Margaret I have to say that I have never heard of half of these make-up brands so are they mainly American?! Avon used to do an amazing creme blush stick in Barely Rose which doubled nicely across my deep-set eyes and made a big difference! Now don't know where to find a substitute...x

Do you have to have a good complextion to use a cream blush?
Unfortunately, as we age we lose the pigment on our skin and get a translucent colour that shows our age.
doesnt look like the stila pallet is still available.
You can still get a lot of beautiful Stila colors - Petunia is available in other palettes and by itself! Love them!
