I think it’s funny that in the beginning everyone hated on aew because the elite didn’t win enough and weren’t presented as stars now people are hating on aew because the elite don’t lose enough 😂
I wonder what the original ending that fell through was. I liked the creepers as a concept, but they would need to be professionals who knew what they were doing. Like some of the agents or under utilized experienced talent from dark. It adds a layer to the group. The underlings elevate the normal members simply by being there as a solid bottom level, and they can do their bidding to do the dirty work. After Brodie Lee’s passing, the dark order went baby face and they don’t need the creepers doing their dirty work. The creepers were weird and creepy, but they could have worked once the DO established their members like they have, and had they used experienced talent.
correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't the original plan for that segment for marty scurll to debut as the exalted one? and that it didn't push through which is why they had evil uno come out instead?
Would have been at least a funny BTE bit when they were working just out of Daily's Place to have Uno open a closet or storage space and have the creepers in there just waiting and Uno to be like "Oh crap, I forgot about those guys."
I agree that when Tony started booking the elite heavy that it was the right time...but I do remember comments from either Tony or the young bucks that they purposely didn't just give the elite and Cody titles right away because they didn't want people to say oh they made their own company just to give themselves titles...I really like the storyline that it took Kenny cody and the young bucks time to adjust to AEW and then once they did they starting winning championships...love the videos man and I know you have a hangman one coming up with the 2 yr old storyline...would love to see it

As someone who had stopped following wrestling about 5 years ago, your channel has been great for getting me caught up with AEW even though I had only previously been exposed to WWE programming.
I’d actually forgotten how badly that ending was seen as. I knew that it wasn’t the end of AEW at all and that was probably overblown. But it was definitely the right decision for TK to start taking more control of the product. 2020 and 2021 have been outstanding wrestling television.
Let me leave this quote here on how I feel about AEW. “Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!” ― Sylvester Stallone, Rocky Balboa
Hey love your in depth analysis videos as interesting to watch and learn. I was wondering if you would do a video about AEW Four pillars where MJF mention himself, Darby, Sammy and Jungle and your take on it.
Watching the 1st episode until now they continued to improve. And AEW imo was never bad, it's just some the things in the past did not land right. Fast-forward to now and all they hit is homeruns. A great example of this is how they fixed Miro and turned him to a star. There was are egos with him and or the EVPs they just want to make the best wrestling product. They're fans first. I love that.
I love aew and have since they debuted!!! I remember this mess that he referred to...it never bothered me...not really at all....it was def no worse than what wwe puts out....i mean wwe has had huge star powered talent like cesaro and nakamura and have never truly found anything for them....aside from cesaro and his team with Seamus "the bar"....really liked that team...and nakamura...well...if ya cant get him over...u have some severe backstage issues!!! AEW is now so stacked in talent...yet they still find a way to showcase pretty much all of their talent...im glad tony Khan took control entirely....i am a fan of all the elite...and former members as well...heels or faces....we all know young bucks/omega/and cody r all EVP's...and honestly that is 4 VERY BIG egos....i knew while they were united in the "all in" days and early aew days....i knew they would have some creative conflict...tony Khan shoulda been the main man all along...i understand he put his trust in the 4 who helped bring aew to the big stage...but he owns it and he needs to be the boss...im also a fan of Adam cole....and hangman page(former member)....if hangman doesn't take the world title from kenny omega i am going to be so angry...hangman is def my fav of the younger main event talent in wrestling today...and the story telling tony Khan has done with hangman is excellent...reminds me of the old nwa days when dusty rhodes or later on sting...would have to go through hell to get a shot at ric flair and the world title...and it made their world title clashes so much more...anticipated and better...this is the kinda story telling that we need in pro wrestling now and we have been getting it...i just don't want to see all the times hangman "failed"...all out 2019...full gear last year when omega beat him in the world title #1 contender your finals...all way to that excellent 5 on 5 match between hangman/dark order and the elite....and the latest installment...hangman returning as the joker in the ladder match on dynamite and winning it....i hope kenny omega v hangman page for world title will be our full gear main event and given full gear is named after hangman and a gag he had running on BTE....i hope this is when hangman wins it!!!
There is one thing I don't understand.. I remember back after Punchgate all the dirt sheets said Tony Kahn will start to take control of the creative process but dirt sheets started to say the same thing a few months back, it makes no sense.

I held it down with AEW that night. At some point prior they won me so I just dedicated my support to them and all wwe did was just keep pushing me away. Before that episode AEW had consistently been entertaining so I thought the same as everyone else, a filler episode. Next week was Christmas. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad I did. I too started out skeptical. Thought Kenny was overrated. Seen how obnoxious the Bucks can be, and thought Orange Cassidy was a terrible edition... at first. But after watching for a few weeks and after looking into OC's previous work they ended up becoming some of my favorites period. All because I gave them a proper chance and put aside all the expectations wwe taught me to look out for. AEW reignited my love for wrestling and I'm glad I stuck around to see them succeed more and more.

Marty Scrull was suppose to debut as the leader of dark order. They teased it for weeks on BTE. But Scrull instead resigned with ROH. In hind side it was a blessing in disguise.
@@shivamsingh-lb1mg can you imagine if Marty Scull did went to AEW, became the leader of the Dark Order instead of Brodie Lee, and then the Speaking Out Movement happened? Would have been brutal for AEW to restructure their plans knowing what Marty Scull did. But instead, Brodie Lee became the leader of the Dark Order, made that group feel special even to this day. It’s sad knowing Brodie Lee passed away too soon, but his name and spirit still lives on through the Dark Order.
I honestly pity all the AEW doomers and gloomers. They're so caught up detailing how every single thing on the show is proof of disaster, that they aren't letting themselves enjoy an objectively good thing for the industry and fans as a whole.
AEW in '22 needs one dude to put the nitrous into that tank... Paul Heyman. Tony Khan getting some Paul E sparkle on him = 🔥🔥🔥 (Bonus: Arn and Paul form megastable "Armed & Dangerous Alliance")
I always thought it made sense to have the Elite put guys over at first to build new stars for a new company. That was never a bad idea. But they definitely deserved at some point to turn things around, and it resulted in some of the best storytelling in wrestling because they came from those storyline low points. It made sense why Kenny eventually turned heel, and we can have this endearingly delusional and despicable version of him now. AEW in 2019 was never truly bad, just experimental and ultimately still interesting.
AEW feels much more focused compared to 2019, but still needs to improve their booking of the women's division. Britt & Jade are the only ones getting constant screentime while their best workers (Shida, Deeb, Riho, Hirsch, Thunder Rosa, etc.) get inconsitent TV & mic time, hardly any stories, or dissapear for months from TV without explanation.
Above all else im here for AEW's matches. I dont think even their "squash" matches have been bad and cant genuinely remember a match i didnt ultimately like.
The single worst segment AEW has ever done was Silver and Reynolds joining the Dark Order: There's an invisible camera in their hotel room and the DO salesman guy appears to Reynolds on his TV, but only Reynolds (and the audience) can see and hear him. It broke all the rules AEW set for itself in terms of how stories are told and was just dumb. They haven't done anything close to that since.
yeah pre brodie lee dark order was bad the whole creeps thing was bad and most people forgot that moment when the dark order give cima i guess papers to join the dark order but that went nowhere. Also many people didn’t really know what the gimmick was supposed to be at the time.
I'm an aew guy. I loved it from the very beginning cuz it was different. But for me, what truly made me fall in love with aew was the Brodie Lee tribute show. The emotion I went through the entire aew team went through. That made me feel like a part of the aew family ❤️❤️
I wrote in another channel if AEW was to drop the Hangman story in favor of Bryan Danielson and CM Punk coming in they would be doing exactly what WWE does that turns fans off, drop interesting organic storylines that pushes up and coming stars, in favor of "Star Power" " Hot Shot" and "Dream Matches", which in the latter " Dream Matches" are not bad, but sometimes a tease to one isn't that awful either. Many fans and promotions were trained by WWE that it is good thing to drop good storylines that can get all involved over and fan interest, in favor of "new wrestler X" or "big contract wrestler Y" which often deflates fans, often making them feel as they wasted time and investment.
I wish Tony Khan took the reins of Hollywood as well, imagine the movie industry managed as AEW is currently running. We'd be set for a new golden age of movies.

And now he is running on all cylinders and I wonder what will be the next ace up his endless sleeve.
There's less rubbish indy talent at the forefront, the youngsters have improved and they've acquired some great talent.
Tony Khan is the hero the IWC doesn't deserve
I think it’s funny that in the beginning everyone hated on aew because the elite didn’t win enough and weren’t presented as stars now people are hating on aew because the elite don’t lose enough 😂
No matter what they do, they're gonna get shit on by 'tards because they repeatedly turned down LOLWWE.
You know Traquilo, you posted this right before the AEW panel at New York Comic Con. Nice timing.
I agree that when Tony started booking the elite heavy that it was the right time...but I do remember comments from either Tony or the young bucks that they purposely didn't just give the elite and Cody titles right away because they didn't want people to say oh they made their own company just to give themselves titles...I really like the storyline that it took Kenny cody and the young bucks time to adjust to AEW and then once they did they starting winning championships...love the videos man and I know you have a hangman one coming up with the 2 yr old storyline...would love to see it
As Taz once said, "just keep chopping wood".
E-drones
Been saying aew in the mud for almost 2 years now it’s sad.
@UCEZB8q9IdCV7V6wnAuSbCTA Look it's the current culture today toxicity exist in every fanbase. But there are a lot of people out there who just want this company to fail. And they don't leave any room for discussion if AEW makes a mistake. Thus there comes a self defence mechanism of hardcore AEW loyalists.
WWEtards: purchasing Ls wholesale by the fucking pallet since Vince lost that F in court to pandas
Tony Kahn helped revive wrestling. That’s truth.
Hey bro, can you enable subtitles on Cody's video? please!! Nice video!
Tony Khan, the hero Pro Wrestling needed.
I just recently found your channel. I really like the subject matter, vibe, and energy of your videos. May you continue to grow.
Always love watching the "friend of Cm Punk's" videos
4:07 You're my favorite wrestling youtuber just for this lol
Let me leave this quote here on how I feel about AEW.
“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!”
― Sylvester Stallone, Rocky Balboa
I'm 2 hours late.....but man I LOVE your content brother. AEW + tranquilo = 😘
I was at Revolution and that Omege/Page vs Bucks match is one of my favorite tag team matches!
From losing to NXT, now going head to head with Smackdown
I thought Tranquilo Club turned heel due to the thumbnail 😂😂
Hey love your in depth analysis videos as interesting to watch and learn. I was wondering if you would do a video about AEW Four pillars where MJF mention himself, Darby, Sammy and Jungle and your take on it.
You’re videos are great man 👍🏾
Your*
10 mins only? Really? Waited long for this man.
cool video man, love it!
I see a new Tranquilo Club vid, I click.
well said and great video :)
Hey dude, you sound noticeably more confident in this video, great stuff
I was there in corpus christi tx
There is one thing I don't understand.. I remember back after Punchgate all the dirt sheets said Tony Kahn will start to take control of the creative process but dirt sheets started to say the same thing a few months back, it makes no sense.
Beautiful Tranquilo
Well there have been a lot of bads in aew
Be it this particular segment
Tooth and a nail match
Hardy vs sammy
Exploding barbed wired death match i loved the match but the end was dud
Aew bounced back multiple times
And i am happy that brodie came to aew and made this faction better
Totally. I love AEW, but they make mistakes. I’m glad they always bounce back, and stronger. And it’s ok to express dislikes or hopes for improvement without being labeled a “hater” or whatever. I root for them, so when something poor occurs it’s ok to say it and wish for something better.
Only things bother me is There Ratings and not attracting Casuals
@@shubhise Why do you care about ratings and casuals as long as the show is doing well enough to keep going, and the audience is full of excited people? Other than that it has no bearing on us viewers.
@@Evil_Peter Yes but AEW need to gain some casuals and set a bar between 1.2M-1.4M
Growing audience isn't bad
Bro I love your channel and content A LOT! ❤️ But could you please change the intro soundtrack? The intro itself is 🔥 but the soundtrack, for some reason, makes me feel so depressed. 😔 Idk there's just something about it that makes me feel really dark and low. (Its just my opinion, regardless, I'll continue to love and support your channel.)
Hey mr tranquilo club can you do a video about fuego de sol underdog popularity
This is the major difference between AEW and WWE. AEW listens to their fans while WWE continues to shove what Vince wants down their fans throats
Great Video.
*Big facts*
I miss the Promos/commercial on Impact
Tranquilo, i remember like it was yesterday. People said: Aew is dead. Wcw wish….
Me: no. Have confident. They give us a solid 2019 year. It bring back the wrestling fan inside of me. I knew it will be better.
Because of this I feel we have Revolution 2020 as still the best PPV AEW has done to date.
Papa Antonio Khan, big chief of the Elite Khans
(Someone, mod Red Rock canyon in Fallout: New Vegas to feature an AEW ring in place of that circle of stones the Khans fight in! Oh, and bonus points if you make Jack and Diane sound like Orange Cassidy and Kris Statlander. "GROODALICIOUS!!!")
What was the original ending? He brought it up but didn't say what it was.
@@abelpantoja7134 they probably would have come up with a storyline for that too. 😂
Imho it was getting the m/e slots improved.
Remember what they did with the nightmare collective? Let’s do that with the factory!
I honestly pity all the AEW doomers and gloomers.
They're so caught up detailing how every single thing on the show is proof of disaster, that they aren't letting themselves enjoy an objectively good thing for the industry and fans as a whole.
WWEasel Qanonsense: "AEW is bankrupt and Tony Khan smokes crack, it's true I heard it from Joe Cronin's bookie"
2:56 damn Rhea looks so scary
i feel bad when the video ends
Dude tbh I miss spooky pervert evil uno. I liked them having all the minions
Wish they would bring back to attitude era against ref and against wrestlers.
Like life itself, you need to fell down to the earth and be humbled before you can stand up and soar through the sky. That's what happened to AEW.
AEW in '22 needs one dude to put the nitrous into that tank... Paul Heyman.
Tony Khan getting some Paul E sparkle on him = 🔥🔥🔥
(Bonus: Arn and Paul form megastable "Armed & Dangerous Alliance")
What an Acorn. I just got an Ad with Dwayne Johnson lol about an Acorn app 🤷♂️
Honestly this feels less like a triumph for AEW and more a show of how fickle us fans are. One bad moment and we thought AEW would die. Ridiculous...
The pandemic was a blessing in disguise for AEW
Sure was tbh: Ricky Starks, Eddie Kingston, Miro, Thunder Rosa, Brian Pillman Jr, etc none would’ve came to AEW had it not been for the pandemic
Can you please use your tremendous editing and narrating skills and make a video for "Christmas Has Come Early for Vince McMahon"?
The single worst segment AEW has ever done was Silver and Reynolds joining the Dark Order: There's an invisible camera in their hotel room and the DO salesman guy appears to Reynolds on his TV, but only Reynolds (and the audience) can see and hear him. It broke all the rules AEW set for itself in terms of how stories are told and was just dumb. They haven't done anything close to that since.
It is interesting that at that point the Dark Order was probably on or near the chopping block.
yeah pre brodie lee dark order was bad the whole creeps thing was bad and most people forgot that moment when the dark order give cima i guess papers to join the dark order but that went nowhere. Also many people didn’t really know what the gimmick was supposed to be at the time.
“No sold death” LMAOOO 💀
I'm an aew guy. I loved it from the very beginning cuz it was different. But for me, what truly made me fall in love with aew was the Brodie Lee tribute show. The emotion I went through the entire aew team went through. That made me feel like a part of the aew family ❤️❤️
Now I understand why wrestlers keeps saying that Tony Khan is a genuis on unresirected podcast
You could call it, "A Hagmans Tale"
The nightmare collective was so bad. Brandi should have stuck to ring announcing she has no business being a performer in any wrestling company
They needed to lose one, like slap on the face, what will pay off on the long run!
I was at the show lol
