You need to have knowledge (qualification) + skills (experience) + professional network + resources + reputation (for being good at what you do). Sadly most students in Pakistan don’t get the right guidance at the right time. Most ACCA tuition providers hire teachers with limited experience or scope, who are not able to guide students in the right direction.
There are two types of qualifications, 1. Academic Qualifications and 2. Professional Qualifications. ACCA is a professional qualification. But it allows students to claim academic degrees after completing certain number of papers. All you need to do is submit a thesis, which if you have a good mentor, is very easy.
Inho ne stipend Wala khula jhoot bola hai this is not more than 5 to 10 K in pak rupees here in Pakistan our wo bhi the students are affiliates who they are getting are lucky enough. Pak market is not for acca's even it's very hard to get trining opportunity here stipend...... 25k to 30k uffffff
He is lying, ACCA has Zero scope in Pakistan. I started off with 12,000 stipend when I was a finalist and even after 4years being a member my salary is around 50k which is nothing and it took me 8 years. @@AZ-ik1me So in Pakistan there is no market/importance/value of ACCA as ICAP holds all legal rights to conduct Audit. in Pakistan ACCA can only perform job duties such as Tax advisory or internal audit but keep in mind that BBA graduate can also perform these jobs and firms prefer University graduate over ACCA as they have more exposure and confidence.
