My Professor became a CA when he was 17, his certificate was stopped by Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India, and when he became 18 he got his degree and he was also all India Rank 2 in CA Final, also there are restrictions of qualification to start CA in India, before a person complete 10th he cannot give CA exam.
