Well done Matt! Thoroughly enjoyed this Monthly Mayhem! I really enjoyed your’s and Josh’s thought process throughout this event! Congratulations on achieving 60 mph!!!
Way 2 go Matt I knew you weren't a quitter... Man-alive you have pulled that thing off again... Great job, my man... 🤜🤛👊 Just had to throw 77 didn't you, 7, 77, 777 best numbers out their... @Harleydesigns you are awesome as well an I think I can speak on behalf of the whole audience when I say thank you both.
Here is a homework for you: Find a better place for speed runs! That street isn't flat at all, has all these patches and what not! You'd spend much more time running than fixing with a proper larger area ;-) Easy to say from my desk - LOL You guys are so entertaining again! I'll never get tired of your shows!
This was such an awesome challenge! I could only imagine how tough it is to do these videos, work a full time job, and still have a personal life. Thank you Matt for doing this. 👏👍
You did a great job man !! I mean For the battle! But as a trx6 owner, I will never crash my beast like this bro. It's just crazy to think about that .
Wow, that was some serious carnage. I suspected one or both of you to push it all the way to destruction in the end. Good show my friend. That thing seriously fits the definition of "Crazy fast".
Your road construction barrels look weird up in the great white north. lol You had some great saves when it was on 6S! It looked like it was lifting the front end and wheeling when you hammered on it. lol I love that you completely totalled it, TWICE!!! Bahahahaha!
Wow can't believe how mad that was compared to Josh's vid great entertainment 👍. It was amazing how it didn't explode with that crash, how much of it is worth salvaging after that lol🤣🤣. Thanks for the series can't wait for the next. Take care and stay safe 👍🤙😄
Great job, man! 🍻👍👊 I am useless when it comes to go fast RCs. I have 1. A cheap one. It does 25mph. It's hit my shin, nearly taken out my senior dog. I'm not aloud to use it in the backyard anymore. So can't imagine trying to keep control of something at 60 or even on 6s (my 1 is brushed and 2s, again useless) that wasn't exactly meant for either. Win or lose, people's champ!!
Thanks for a great series. Truck looked great. Too bad it didn't survive the crashes. Wish you guys would continue another couple of weeks with what you guy learned. More weight in the front I think would have helped.
Probably should've turned off all the brakes since the drive train itself is geared kind of low. Lol. And maybe turn your steering rate down. It looks to fast for high speed runs. Lol this is awesome!!!!!!!
Wow Matt nice style with the Mercedes Benz F1 you gave a gallent effort 6s was crazy maybe you'll win with style points I haven't watched Josh's finale yet this Mayham in particular was a bear for both of you see you tonight 😎👍
Can’t tell if you jerked your steering or if had some dirty air that made it flip. It’d be really cool to see you guys with some dr10s or something next
MATT, that servo shaking, I have been told is caused by the TSM being turned on. I have the same issue when I take a tumble. Supposedly it can easily be changed in the radio settings
Well, I'm quite late posting here. But ... ever thought about using a "gyro" for the steering servo? Or was that against the rules? I remember, when the first Novak Super Sport Set came out I tried to run it in the Tamiya Hummer. When hitting the throttle there was nearly no way of holding it straight on the track. Way too much torque. Even when trying to start with low speed and finally getting to full speed. Very difficult to keep control. I tried to put a small gyro between the RX and the steering servo. Did help a lot. This kind of competition eats a lot of resources. In the late eighties we fried every ESC we could get with the Reedy pink dot motor. Getting only a few minutes driving time out of the 1000/1200 mAh nicads of that time. And they were hot after each run.
Best challenge you guys have ever done. I think if you’d have found a better wider space to run you’d have smoked him. Epic looking machine. Be good for you to do a follow video outside of the comp to see the real top speed.
My my. Man! You almost had it. If it wasn’t for such a narrow street I mean I know is probably wide but running this things in a straight arrow is a challenge itself. If there was points on who brought the most fun to watch you would of probably broke even. 😂
You need to watch myth busters about the rear bed of a truck, as you build up speed a vortex is created and the wind flows over a positive pressure formed in the bed area, so you do get less wind resistance.
I learned pretty quick never to do speed runs where there are curbs lol. Very entertaining video from both of you guys. I think your suspension was too soft and you had your steering dual rate a bit too much. Very good work though. ;)
You should include "Carnage Points" for the next Monthly Mayhem
That last one made quite the "thud". Thanks for entertaining us!
Now THAT'S entertainment. Thanks Matt! Wonderful job!
Way to go Matt!!! That was awesome. Couldn’t even imagine trying to keep that things on its wheels at that speed!!! Awesome job!!!
I know a Dyson when I see it! Great work Matt. Entertaining as always. Just plain good natured chuffing!!!!!
Great entertaining episode! I did learn not to run 6S in a TRX-6!🤣
You and me both!
I think you need to name this thing Broken Aero.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well done Matt! Thoroughly enjoyed this Monthly Mayhem! I really enjoyed your’s and Josh’s thought process throughout this event! Congratulations on achieving 60 mph!!!
Almost had a fire!! It was a fun series. Thanks Matt! The damage to the truck this week and last week was crazy!
Thanks for the entertainment Matt. I love these mayhems
Oooooohhhhhh, God that last hit hurt me. I felt that impact all the way down here in Kentucky. Great job man, and another great series.
Wow!!! That truck turned out way better than i expected especially after that huge crash!!! Congrats!! You have my vote on the best looking truck.
You gave going for broke a whole new meaning...way to send it!
Awesome placement of the in car camera! Great job Matt! Sportsmanship to an all new level!
Good job Matt. You win the carnage award.
Second best crash that I’ve seen from you in a week! Nice work! 🤣
Josh wins! USA, USA, USA. Also, that truck deserves a spot on the shelf in it's current condition.
Josh's truck was sooo dialled at speed. Very entertaining series. Love it! Both great looking trucks.
Here is a homework for you: Find a better place for speed runs! That street isn't flat at all, has all these patches and what not! You'd spend much more time running than fixing with a proper larger area ;-) Easy to say from my desk - LOL You guys are so entertaining again! I'll never get tired of your shows!
*Somalian pirate* Look at me, I’m your captain now.
Great fun my friend! I’m tired and glad it’s over! What’s next?
Wow that was fun to watch. I like the new stub-nose TRX6.
Go hard or go home!!!
That was awesome 👌
This was such an awesome challenge! I could only imagine how tough it is to do these videos, work a full time job, and still have a personal life. Thank you Matt for doing this. 👏👍
Thank you so much!
U R truck did look best in my opinion. Super cool to watch the whole challenge... THxs
That was a THUD when it slammed that curb. Entertaining as always.
Every time I watch your vids I want to build another RC. This mayhem was awesome!
Very nice, I’m experimenting with the very same motor, thanks for letting me know I can go with the 8 or 6’s esc
That was fun definitely mayhem I’ll be watching tonight good luck 🤞🏼🤞🏼👍
You did a great job man !! I mean For the battle!
But as a trx6 owner, I will never crash my beast like this bro.
It's just crazy to think about that .
Loving the Fit boy. Shoes sunglasses and shirt all matchy matchy. I’m surprised the truck doesn’t match. The boys got style!
Wow, that was some serious carnage. I suspected one or both of you to push it all the way to destruction in the end. Good show my friend. That thing seriously fits the definition of "Crazy fast".
It was a great build and loved all the different mods you tried. Curbs, ooof.
That was pretty epic! Great effort Matt!
Fantastic paint scheme!! Very AMG!
I enjoyed this series! Amazing work
Best looking truck for all of 5 minutes.
Impressive as hell. It was an incredible looking rig before the incident. Well done. 👍
Your road construction barrels look weird up in the great white north. lol You had some great saves when it was on 6S! It looked like it was lifting the front end and wheeling when you hammered on it. lol I love that you completely totalled it, TWICE!!! Bahahahaha!
That crash did a lot of damage wow. Glad no one got hurt brother awesome video by the way at awesome looking truck to
Wow can't believe how mad that was compared to Josh's vid great entertainment 👍. It was amazing how it didn't explode with that crash, how much of it is worth salvaging after that lol🤣🤣. Thanks for the series can't wait for the next. Take care and stay safe 👍🤙😄
You gave it a good shot! The crashes were awesome! The truck looked amazing! Haha.
Interesting aero Matt! Great built! I love this series
Your theme is much better and looks well thought out.
“I mean.... the truck is pretty trashed...”. Haha. How many times have we all said THAT before? Great video.
That reminded me of when I was a kid with my kangaroo buggy and smashed full blast into a curb. Sad face for months.
Wow. I loved the epic crashes.
Really love you’re channel 💪🤘 best regards from Sweden 🤘💪👌
Great show Matt, loved it!!
Man I loved the onboard camera footage of it rolling
Don't do what Donny Don't does.
Oof. That battery is one spicy pillow.
Great job, man! 🍻👍👊

Crash cam was sweet bro. Thanks for the extra angles
Probably should've turned off all the brakes since the drive train itself is geared kind of low. Lol. And maybe turn your steering rate down. It looks to fast for high speed runs. Lol this is awesome!!!!!!!
Cal Worthington used RC cars, for sale trx6,used very little, hard to find in this condition!
I have 6s in my 6x6 and its a blast, I hope you guys go to squirrel fest this year. I'm bringing mine :)
That was a very solid speed run attempt with a 6x6 crawler. And you managed to keep it on 3 wheels for a pretty significant distance as well.
Additional of a driver seals my vote. Bad Josh!! Lol
Well ya got my vote. Really really enjoyed this series !!!
Wow Matt nice style with the Mercedes Benz F1 you gave a gallent effort 6s was crazy maybe you'll win with style points I haven't watched Josh's finale yet this Mayham in particular was a bear for both of you see you tonight 😎👍
That front splitter was awesome!
I have to say, thats a nice truck !
Def a fun series!!
Can’t tell if you jerked your steering or if had some dirty air that made it flip. It’d be really cool to see you guys with some dr10s or something next
have you tried having a cab like cover on the bed , an aerocap i believe its called
did traxxxas give them the trucks? and power system? wow must be nice
A.M.A.I.Z.I.N.G👏🏻
Best mayhem yet.
Fantastique TRX6 magnifique j'adore 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That was epic brother great job;)
MATT, that servo shaking, I have been told is caused by the TSM being turned on. I have the same issue when I take a tumble. Supposedly it can easily be changed in the radio settings
Just turn down the knob a little and it should help a bunch! If its too high it will shake worse
Well, I'm quite late posting here. But ... ever thought about using a "gyro" for the steering servo? Or was that against the rules?

Scale damage... looks like a real head on collision.
.
But why not put a foam bumper on?
My my. Man! You almost had it. If it wasn’t for such a narrow street I mean I know is probably wide but running this things in a straight arrow is a challenge itself. If there was points on who brought the most fun to watch you would of probably broke even. 😂
Those “roll coal” exhaust stacks are on point
Any reason why you didn't fit a gyro stability control module? FLYSKY GT 5 should stop the high speed direction issues.
Yes, because it wasn't allowed as per our rules.
Hey, it looks perfect as a scaled crash result
i like it that there is less cuts and editing now. flows much better when you dont splice your every 2nd word.
Sweet dreams and fine machines in pieces on the ground.
I like the look of yours way more lol I like how you made it look like the Mercedes formula 1 team.
Steering expo would have help with the 6 cell. Would have been a lot easier to drive if you went to like negative 80 steering expo
The vxl8s has a drag brake? Does my vxl6s have that?
9:55 you can see those sweet tailpipes snap right along with my heart
That was AWESOME. What camera did you use for the FPV?
Badass! Great hitting 60MPH! Not so good hitting the curb head on.
You need to watch myth busters about the rear bed of a truck, as you build up speed a vortex is created and the wind flows over a positive pressure formed in the bed area, so you do get less wind resistance.
Soo 100mph 2wd Rustler build next?
Nice again! I feel bad for that 6x6😂
I think you will be getting a lot of style points just because of your new frame rail design.
You killed it
Oh no! Josh won.. lol 😆 great effort tho!
Do you have a link for the voting I cannot find it on Instagram
You and Josh turned into an X-O1.
You win shortest wheelbase 6x6!
Awesome thank you🤣
Try adding a steering gyro for stability 👍
I learned pretty quick never to do speed runs where there are curbs lol. Very entertaining video from both of you guys. I think your suspension was too soft and you had your steering dual rate a bit too much. Very good work though. ;)
