Ah, thank you David. That's so nice of you to say. I make the videos for my memories but like to share them for like minded people. I guess that I could digitally market myself like so many others do on YT but that's really not my style!! So pleased you enjoyed this one too!!
Nice to see you back out in the Vaude. Looked a cracking mountain and from what could see very little footpaths on the tops? The camp spot looked great. Your b-roll and bits to camera really alleviate the need for music Dave, it nver feels like you are "filling" the vlog. I was straight out with the OS maps and looking for the waterfalls after you said you were descending to Cilycwm as you had started to ascend again - look forward to you mailing me the route so I can at least visit those falls ! That was some distance to finish the b-roll footage - I reckon walking that far I might have forgotten where I put the camera by the time I got back..lol. atb A
You're so kind with your feedback Al. I'm just trying to make videos that appeal to me and that I can look back at one day in the future. I have become aware that I have 600+ people following my adventures so I am trying to be a bit more 'professional'!! It was. A long way back for the camera at the end. I remember you lost your camera once on the hill. I think it was Carn Y Cefn!! As for the paths, mainly quad bike tracks and occasionally good quality bridleways. But, more often than not, just grass!!
Thanks Snowy. Sadly, no GoPro for me. I'm just using my mobile phone and a plug in microphone when I talk to the camera!! That's why my videos are occasionally ropey! Thanks for dropping by.
Another great video, thanks Dave. I was surprised to note that you only have 600 or so followers. People are missing out - deserves to be much more.

Another wonderful video. It reminded me of the Shropshire Way. Thank you for letting us hear nature instead of music.
Thanks very much John. Mid Wales and Shropshire are so very similar. Non music videos as long as the wind plays its part 😁
Incredibly peaceful, so many parts of Wales that you can still feel isolated in. That last waterfall looked a great spot.
I highly recommend this small patch of upland area of Mid Wales. It really is very, very special. You'd make a great video there I am sure.
Beautiful and amazing view of the place for hiking amazing natrure thanks for sharing

Wonderful Dave and easy to spot your route on the map too.

Thanks Dave. You'd love this range if you could ever get to travel down one day!!
Fantastic, I've often looked on OS maps at this specific area. Nice to see it on your wonderful film.
Thanks for the feedback Phillip. So glad I went there and had it to myself. If you visit you will definitely not be disappointed.
@@morgs4mountains yes it looks fab David. Love that area had some lovely wild camps in the Doethie valley over the years
I just adore Mid Wales. Was looking over towards Doethie from the summit!!

@@morgs4mountains Lol.. the lost camera was on Bryniau Gleision over looking Talybont 🤣
Nice one, if you are using a GoPro a wind slayler for it works great in gales as long as you shout at the wind! 😁 👍
