✨This is my first time ever listening to your podcast and I stopped the video at 47:31 and I am so full this first portion is so rich. I have to pause it and listen to the second half later cuz this is amazing!What!!! I pulled it up and I'm like what kind of Bible study is this!!!✨So excited to listen to more!!! Edit: What I got out of the first portion is that it is so important to just submit to God's will and not have your own agendas and plans for your life. Be content with Christ, who is more than enough!! When God didn't allow Moses to go into the Promised Land I was like "God why didn't you let him in, he was your servant" Then the Holy Spirit showed me, that God was his Promised Land!!! His relationship with God was the actual blessing that he received because he had an intimacy with God that most people will never be able to experience!!! Sometimes in life as a child of God, we want certain things to manifest in the outward but our relationship with God is our portion in life!! Realizing that it is 100% better to have Him as your portion in life and to be excited and blessed in that and feel rich by Him. Enriched by the grace that God gave you on your life to have Him as your inheritance!! The second part of what I got out of it, is that we have to remember the wilderness, the desperate and depraved state that we were in when Christ found us!! A state of desperate need and to remember where we came from and how He brought us out!! Sometimes in our relationship with God we are so far removed from our sinful, sin laden state that we were in, that we need a reminder of where he brought us from!! We were so empty and barren and lived in a desperate need of a savior! The song is a depiction of how God went through Great Lengths to put claim on the Israelites hearts, so that even when they were in Rebellion they had a witness in their Spirit to turn them back to Him! This has been on my mind due to a friend of mine who called me out for posting a Spurgeon quote about the blood of Christ being needed to keep one out of hell. He asked me, "what about the Hindus?" This began a conversation with him until I realized he would not change his belief that the Bible/God/ Jesus are a sick system made up of not very compassionate mythological characters that sends the majority of humans to "fry in hell", therefore NOT to be believed or followed by caring and loving individuals. I see his point in a way. The majority of humanity will not be in the New Heaven/New Earth. A good percentage of those who call themselves "Christians" probably won't make it either, because Jesus never knew them.. It is hard to see God as the victor if most of humanity ends up in hell. I know it's something people choose by not putting their faith in Christ alone for salvation, thus trying to obtain "heaven" by works/religion. But I think about those children born into these places God gave over to other elohim and how difficult it is for them to hear God's word and come to a saving knowledge of Christ. I told my friend I believe the Holy Spirit can do things we can't imagine to bring believers to God, and I posted Roman's 1 and how God does reveal Himself to all. But his idea of the Bible and of God is so warped he can't see anything but what Christ followers believe as anything but believing in the "big bully in the sky" . I don't know what else to say, so I just put a sad face emoji and I pray for him. Yet I have to say, it is very heartbreaking to think of the reality of the lost dying. Makes the Great Commission that more vital to remember as Christian believers!

Y’all mentioned arrows being an image for sickness and illness. Where did this association come from? I’m asking since in know sin comes from the word hamartia which is an archery term and wonder if there’s a deliberate connection between sin, sickness, and illness. Well, if it is not that "el is yah", like with Elijah, who is coming to restore God's name to one name, then this is not an erroneous view that Michael Heiser is talking about. It actually is an error of the Jews, but it's because they didn't yet understand. If that "Angel of the LORD" is both Yah and God, then Michael is God, because the place that is derived that Michael and his angels fight Satan and his angels is that Yah is conquering the gods of the nations and that he is the only one left. Also, this is because in Zechariah, it says that the house of David will be "like God" (who is like God), like the Angel of the LORD going before them. So, that's also why Michael would be the Son of Man, since a man is "who is like God", being the likeness of God. The figure is seen is "Cyrus", who is destroying the rulers of the other nations to prove that the Father is God (Isaiah 45 + Philippians 2). Just saying how they're interpreting the idea in the NT, and that there is no angel that is God. This would be why the angel in Revelation that twice says "these are the true words of God", being prostrated before, as though he spoke AS GOD, was telling John not to do it. The true reason that angels are exceeded is because a son knows his father's business, while a servant does not. The reason that angels are servants is because they spiritually represent a carrier of a message, being a "spirit", while a son represents a "word", which would be the content of the message. It is that what is heavenly, which is unseen (wind, or spirit) is coming to be seen (word), like a man as opposed to God. So, the way in which "God" becomes "flesh" is because the Father is understood in a man. This is what Jesus receiving the Spirit is about. Michael is the Holy Spirit, the "helper", because in Daniel, the prefigure of the Holy Spirit is Michael and the prefigure of Jesus is Gabriel, which is called "the man of God". So, just as Jesus came after the Father, so the Spirit is coming later, the Son of Man, which is a heavenly being, hence coming on the clouds, and so is the angel or god form of the Father. In Matthew 23 Christ said the scribes and Pharisees sit in Moses seat. Which means they took it upon themselves to take Moses place. That they lay heavy burdens and put them on men's shoulders but they themselves would not remove , not with one little finger. I asked the spirit what this meant. The spirit said , what do you have on your shoulders. I sad nothing ! I don't see anything on my shoulders. It's the head we carry on our shoulders ultimately the burdens are place in the mind. Christ said in Matthew 23 that the religious scribes and Pharisees travel over land and sea to make one prosyhlite ( can't remember how to spell that) someone who converts from one political party to another or A NEW CHURCH MEMBER. And make him twice the child of hell than yourselves.

Yes. It is His land, but He set the tribes over their portions as stewards, like Adam and Eve were in the Garden to tend and keep it. He had to kick out Adam and Eve, and later, the children of Israel from the Promised land. He always promises to bring them back when they can obey.
What about the rebellion of northern kingdom Israel? The Assyrian rebellion. This rebellion is contrasted with the subsequent rebellion of southern kingdom Judah. The Babylonian rebellion. Israel (north) was divorced by God for her transgression (idolatry = adultery against God). The ten tribes that made up the northern Israel were taken into captivity and then they were dispersed to ...? Judah (south) then followed suit later. But God did not divorce Judah (made up of tribes of Judah and Benjamin and all or some of Levi) because to do so would be in violation with His covenant with Abraham. (I would argue that the leaders of Judah knew this and that is why they thought they could get away with the same transgression as Israel and not face the same punishment). Then we have the Babylonian mixture that happened during captivity and the rulers bringing the Babylonian blood and doctrine back with them when they returned to the land... Which set up the situation that Jesus faced with the Pharisees. And all the confusion abou the distinction between the Judeans and the Judahites. Also the 70 that Jesus sent out in pairs and when they returned He said that He saw Satan fall like lightening to the earth.

The name "Yahweh" is not in my Bible. It is a virtue-signal used by theologians & pseudo-theologians who think they are being hyper-spiritual by using it. ✨This is my first time ever listening to your podcast and I stopped the video at 47:31 and I am so full this first portion is so rich. I have to pause it and listen to the second half later cuz this is amazing!What!!! I pulled it up and I'm like what kind of Bible study is this!!!✨So excited to listen to more!!! Edit: What I got out of the first portion is that it is so important to just submit to God's will and not have your own agendas and plans for your life. Be content with Christ, who is more than enough!! When God didn't allow Moses to go into the Promised Land I was like "God why didn't you let him in, he was your servant" Then the Holy Spirit showed me, that God was his Promised Land!!! His relationship with God was the actual blessing that he received because he had an intimacy with God that most people will never be able to experience!!! Sometimes in life as a child of God, we want certain things to manifest in the outward but our relationship with God is our portion in life!! Realizing that it is 100% better to have Him as your portion in life and to be excited and blessed in that and feel rich by Him. Enriched by the grace that God gave you on your life to have Him as your inheritance!! The second part of what I got out of it, is that we have to remember the wilderness, the desperate and depraved state that we were in when Christ found us!! A state of desperate need and to remember where we came from and how He brought us out!! Sometimes in our relationship with God we are so far removed from our sinful, sin laden state that we were in, that we need a reminder of where he brought us from!! We were so empty and barren and lived in a desperate need of a savior! The song is a depiction of how God went through Great Lengths to put claim on the Israelites hearts, so that even when they were in Rebellion they had a witness in their Spirit to turn them back to Him! God's Great loving Mercy He put a song in their hearts and that our true song is Jesus Christ in the hearts and Mind!

Moises also was talking to us in this time. I found myself departing from God time to time and it is Christ who talks to me and brings me back. Without Him we are nothing.

This has been on my mind due to a friend of mine who called me out for posting a Spurgeon quote about the blood of Christ being needed to keep one out of hell. He asked me, "what about the Hindus?" This began a conversation with him until I realized he would not change his belief that the Bible/God/ Jesus are a sick system made up of not very compassionate mythological characters that sends the majority of humans to "fry in hell", therefore NOT to be believed or followed by caring and loving individuals.
I see his point in a way. The majority of humanity will not be in the New Heaven/New Earth. A good percentage of those who call themselves "Christians" probably won't make it either, because Jesus never knew them..
It is hard to see God as the victor if most of humanity ends up in hell. I know it's something people choose by not putting their faith in Christ alone for salvation, thus trying to obtain "heaven" by works/religion. But I think about those children born into these places God gave over to other elohim and how difficult it is for them to hear God's word and come to a saving knowledge of Christ.
I told my friend I believe the Holy Spirit can do things we can't imagine to bring believers to God, and I posted Roman's 1 and how God does reveal Himself to all. But his idea of the Bible and of God is so warped he can't see anything but what Christ followers believe as anything but believing in the "big bully in the sky" . I don't know what else to say, so I just put a sad face emoji and I pray for him. Yet I have to say, it is very heartbreaking to think of the reality of the lost dying. Makes the Great Commission that more vital to remember as Christian believers!

Well, if it is not that "el is yah", like with Elijah, who is coming to restore God's name to one name, then this is not an erroneous view that Michael Heiser is talking about. It actually is an error of the Jews, but it's because they didn't yet understand. If that "Angel of the LORD" is both Yah and God, then Michael is God, because the place that is derived that Michael and his angels fight Satan and his angels is that Yah is conquering the gods of the nations and that he is the only one left. Also, this is because in Zechariah, it says that the house of David will be "like God" (who is like God), like the Angel of the LORD going before them. So, that's also why Michael would be the Son of Man, since a man is "who is like God", being the likeness of God.
