KURETAKE ZIG CLEAN COLOR SPOT MARKER is my highlighter of choice. Dual ends.
Also like the Frixion highlighters.
Good grey version in both.

Tip: Dont try to pen-spin these. They will inevitably drop and the tips or the highlighter ink gets messed up.
I speak from experience.
