    This sounds amazing! Shrubs need a lot more attention. Also, if you want to take advantage of pith, they can be used in bitters or Nickle Morris talks about how you can cook it to make an edible garnish

      Absolutely 👍🏻 the pith is a good ingredient if creating bitters. I am loving this shrub with ginger beer. It’s delicious 😋😊
