God that DD support hold song gives me flashbacks to last year. I've basically given up on them these days, can't remember the last time I phone called them.
From what I've experienced, if you are at the same location as another driver, the better ratings will generally get the offer first. If you are the only one nearby then you will get the offer, regardless of tier. The only thing that Top Dasher / Platinum tier is good for now is the opportunity to dash anytime. That's it. My zone is 80% AR - 97% CR so it's hard to stay Platinum but the driver saturation is so high here it's really the only option. Stay in school kids.
