why is this so darn cute lol. I love the little noises they make when they talk, and the art style looks great too! I think they did a really great job making all the characters feel alive and OH MY GOD THE ANIMATION like I’m a sucker for smooth pixel art animation and this is like so perfect for me

I DONT GET WHY PEOPLE ARE SAYING ITS DRILL DOZER. The only comparison is that there is a drill but it’s a totally different game! It’s like saying celeste is mario 2 because they can both jump
I know, I'm confused too. When I kept hearing Drill Dozer I went to see what it was and if it really was similar but it's not. But it would be cool if Drill Dozer continued as it generally looks fun to me
From Mario: jump, long jump (hyper) and wall kick too. Celeste it's a mix, has Megaman X wall jump and dash (super, I made that dash and jump speed in the 90's), from Knuckles the climbing, and more.

@@otherlego The neutral jump acts like the wall kick (Super Metroid not only Mario 64). I don't who invented the climbing, that was the first I saw it!

Just played the demo yesterday. It was more fun than I expected! I even completed all the time trials! Definitely recommend checking out the demo.

Dang Nintendo that’s crazy. All these consoles i bought over the years supporting you i regret it. good thing I got this steam deck.
The demo for this was so good! It's got really smooth gameplay and it's really fun seeing how far you can push the movement in order to rush through the levels. This one's gonna be an indie classic!

Her main ability reminds me one skill of Ori from Ori 2 game
I loved the demo for the innovative platforming aspect, but was surprised by some puzzle elements in the game that slowed down the pace... I don't think it's for me but it feels like an excellent quality game

It’s sad that all the comments about emulation are taking away from the actual trailer here. This game seems really neat.
Blame nintendo for basically being against old game preservation instead of providing a good service to allow people to play some old games and to preserve said old games they would rather be greedy and go after the one guy that made a nintendo fan game for free sega does what nintendon't when it comes to old game preservation and fan content

Yes! I played the demo after the Nintendo Direct and loved it! Was disheartened to see a nebulous “2024” release date. But now I’m so glad it’s coming out this month!

anyone here play the demo and beat everything including time trials? There's an area on the map that I couldn't figure out how to unlock. It seems like its part of the demo. Has anyone been able to do that?

Excellent demo- its definitely Drill Dozer inspired visually but it really, really isn't drill dozer. Very different gameplay, even not having to change gears changes the gameplay massively.
