If he'd committed serious sex offences against children, the BBC would probably have promoted him and given him a £40,000 pay rise
😂😂😂😂
And a 200,000 pay off
😂😂😂
Yeah true
The man made small mistakes. Why do we try to ruin his life and his family including 4 children???
Our media are like stray dogs in a bin
Is this the bbc who protected Jimmy Saville
This is just damage limitation after that disgusting person Huw Edwards was allowed to get away with his abhorrent behavior.

O how i wish the BBC acted like this for Saville, Tim Westwood, Hue Edwards et al lol two tier BBC

What a blunder he's made, Jenas the Anus.
"dynamic?" jermaine jenas has developed a bland, safe personality for television that is now being seen as complete bullshit- i do not understand why the bbc employs millionaire ex footballers on programmes like the one show and homes under the hammer- there must be thousands of students at colleges who would die for jobs like that but the bbc for some bizarre reason think that footballers are the best fit for these programmes
Amen to that well said
It's because he ticks a box because he's black.

should they only employ people like Huw Edwards?

@johnhankinson1929 It's magnitudes worse than anything Hugh Edwards did, killing dogs for sexual gratification. Adam Britton, what a c***t.
He’s being used as an escape goat

imagine a man complaining about a woman giving them unwanted attention
😂😂😅😅
Depends on the woman though, most men would probably ignore them or enjoy the attention..
Baby Reindeer.
I had unwanted attention from a girl at university, I told her I am into guys (I am) and the messages and PICS kept coming, then the voice messages where she said she could turn me straight, also said she would do ANYTHING I wanted sexually, even offered to TOP me. In the end after yet another long chat we came to an agreement and now she just sends me hate messages although not for a week now, see what happens when we're back at university 🤔🫤😂
You've obviously never heard of female stalkers

Don't bull💩 fella we all flirt Jermaine just got caught short so fuckin what he's a top commentator end of
@karlwilliams2703 expensive flirt tho. Cost him his TV career
@@karlwilliams2703 sending texts, presumably of a sexual nature, is beyond flirting. Clearly inappropriate in the workplace. Good riddance.

A flirty message?! Seriously we're destroying this mans career for a flirty message?!
And what was the message Do you know?
No chance, they are wording it different, there is no way he just sent a flirty message. He most likely sent explicit messages to her.
Remember - people have been sent to prison for less (posting "inaccurate information" on Facebook)
According to the BBC it was a a very inappropriate text , how can that be called flirty 🤔🤔🫤
We're not he destroyed his own career with his stupidity and is married with kids not great morales for his family to look up to.

Good to see an arrogant overpaid ex footballer brought down.
Lmao sacked and considered a criminal for sending a flirty message how pathetic.. Welcome to.North Korea guys
Never shit on your own doorstep. Woman are very dangerous so don't mix business with pleasure
They don't sack people for flirting in North Korea, only in Britain, say it the way it is or show your evidence I bet the girls are going to sue the BBC and Jenas, a will do nicely as compensation, times are hard
How do you know it was just flirty.?
This story has accelerated in the last 24hrs. My theory is that there is much more serious allegations and the BBC have warned him to apologise for something minor and stfu or they will leak something incredibly damaging. That would explain his sudden reversal apology
Possibly
hes just now admitted sending inappropriate text messages to females in the workplace. I doubt there's anything beyond that. He's lost his job and more importantly broken the trust he had with his wife.
@@PC-vg8vn You would have kept him in his job after this betrayal of trust?
He should be not happy about his stupidity
Well yeah he's got a wife but if it was just a flirty message then he did nothing wrong!
@WinstonfromAfrica flirty massages with other women then wife is very bad for marred couple.
Very bad.
And it always start with massages only.
Inocent flirting massages
he is closet gay
He is a box ticker and was basically garbage at commentating anyway.
However, until more evidence is revealed on this I shall then provide my opinion.
If people are being "sacked" for text messages and nothing else we as a country have a problem.
North Korea now is the UK.
Amazing how one woman and then more!? Judgement to be made as said in near future.
I would imagine North Korea is a far safer country to live in than the UK.
We don't know how many times or women this has happened to and if it turns out to have been persistent then he's a sex pest surely ? and you can probably only survive at the BBC if you're into kid's or young men or BLACK , so at least he's some way there

Hopefully he gets sacked from champions league commentary.Worst pundit on the telly
Just seems incredibly stupid a man in his position do something like this when he knew what the consequences would be and hurt its gonna cause especially his wife
With all ds Huw Edward’s saga going on you would have thought a wise man would avoid flirtation with a junior colleague. Oh dear
Let’s be clear.
They’re not consenting adults: they didn’t want to receive inappropriate messages.
We’re not clear what inappropriate messages were sent, but he’s said he has not sent messages with explicit photographs of himself, or pornography.
Why wouldn’t the BBC deal with this matter as a routine internal matter? Huw Edward’s situation may have forced the BBCs hand.
We don’t know if the complainants were after blood and his sacking.
He’s blown it with his career, and future prospects are damaged with a huge loss of income. This loss of income will be devastating to their family. His wife and children must be reeling. What a plonker. Hard consequences, and himself to blame.

@@TNT_12 They wouldn't sack him it wasn't 'THAT big of a deal'. Think of all the negative publicity.
@@brianbell3836 You never know, mate. Maybe they were actually just fairly innocent flirty texts, but the BBC are trying to make an example of him in order to be seen as doing the "right thing" to try to restore their image as a reputable corporation with zero tolerance towards any type of indiscretion. That then makes it just as much positive publicity as negative, if not more
Lol we don’t know the details …”a flirty text” sounds like a pissle take and it’s the bbc throwing someone under the bus. Given there histrionics with a certain homosexuals. The morality when married is a different matter …sounds like you’ve been played matey.

Whoops the wife finds out and she says I'm sticking by him because she was texting a footballer in the championship I hear 🙈🙉🙊
Getting sacked just for sending "flirty texts" is really over the top but nothing surprises me nowadays after I got the sack for taking 3 days off because I was unwell, and they knew I was unwell too. Can you imagine that sh*t? Lol.
‘Flirty text’ - well this will either be a full on dick pic and request for sexual stuff or a message conveying he thinks she’s attractive and testing if she’s open to interest - either way, unacceptable from a senior to a junior employee and it’s so annoying that so many men think they can still behave like this in the workplace. He’s the main man - the complainant in this case is the much younger new girl. The entitlement he feels to try it on with her just infuriates me tbh. This sort of stuff has been going on for so long it needs to STOP. And the creep is married as well, just gross
If it’s obscene yes it’s unnecceptable if it’s a gentle enquiry about the possibility of a bit of action, I don’t see the problem. It’s how procreation occurs. if he’s bored with his wife then that’s his business, she’s certainly not what might be described as a beautiful woman but she also doesn’t look like the back end of a bus. The allure of physical attractiveness can be very powerful.
You horrible person. Just stick up for him and totally insult his wife. Guessing your not a good looking male.

Heard he's changed his first name to Hugh ......
One of the main issues is that in the old days (thirty years ago) any woman who received this type of message would have just told him to do one and that would have been the end of it. However, nowadays the message recipients' first port of call is the police or their employer's HR department and then it gets blown out of all proportion. I am not condoning this type of messaging and I don't know what messages JJ sent.
