I was subject of fraud inside Vista Cana by buying in pre- construction. Vista Cana is denying to listen to me even though the developer is damaging their brand. I invested almost $200 thousand dollars of my pension and they permited the developer to make a mortgage against the property that they were supposed to deliver to me. Unbelievable. Be really careful to whom you give your money. I have flown to DR several times, but no one’s face me. I have decided instead to go to NY district attorney, because at this time, I don’t have neither a pension neither a property.
