Rivertown Country Club, A Hidden Gem | I was told that this course was really nice from numerous people who live in the Charleston SC area. The other golf courses I was interested in weren't open do to maintenance. On a couple sites this course was rated pretty low so my expectations were a little low. I think the low rating was do to the service some players experienced there. The service I experienced was fine and the course was very nice. Rivertowne Country Club is located in Mount Pleasant which is a city closer to the ocean. It didn't have any extreme elevation changes but the course was not super flat. It was well maintained and a joy to play.

Golf down in the Carolinas is just so much better than up here in Virginia. I love the scenery and the layouts. Nice looking golf course.
There are a ton of beautiful courses down there. I don't know the history but it seems like they placed a ton of courses in the low country so it can attract golfers from all over. Look at myrtle beach. Tons of spots. VA isn't a slouch when it comes to golf though. 💚🏌🏾✌🏾

I golfed the "Muni" in Charleston, and I had a great time. I understand what you're saying about the holes next to the roads. It was a little nerve-wracking!
Yeah. No idea why they would build a course like that. Another viewer said it was only 2 holes and it wasn't that bad. My shots can go anywhere so I'm not risking it lol. 💚🏌🏾♂️✌🏾
