Some of my friends says, due to the AC running in home entire day, we keep the batter in oven for fermenting. So if i keep in oven for fermenting, do i cover it completely ???

Thanks, always enjoy your videos- so helpful! What's a good brand of regular mixer/grinder (not a proper wet grinder- expensive and do I really need one??) for making the batter? The one I have, the jar sits on the motor which heats up very quickly. Consequently, the batter becomes very hot too in the grinding process.

Or do I freeze it before fermenting?
    Please reply

Freezing not recommended at all. Once you ferment the mixture, it will keep nicely in the fridge for month. The lid should have a tiny space for CO2 to escape
