She is simply too smart for people in Congress to handle her. EXACTLY the person I want leading the Federal Trade Commision.

Flipping Burgers is a Poor example. A friend of mine as a RN was prevented from working In a 200 mile of a major home health company that she worked at for six years. The noncompete was major hit to her career and bottom line wages. In a time of a Nursing shortage - this was CRIMINAL

VP candidate Vance's has praised Line Khan's work. There is a bipartisan public support to stop unfair business practices.

The FTC needs funds to investigate and break monopolies. We have monopolies in the meat industry, housing, construction, grocery stores, and media conglomerates. I think the focus should be on blocking mergers harmful mergers, breaking up monopolies and investigating illegal trade practices among businesses. I think issues related to consumers needs to be a separate agency. The FTC should focus on unfair treatment of suppliers, producers and competitors. Obviously, if a consumer complaint suggests price fixing, then unfair competition needs to be the FTC the info, while the other agency helps consumers directly.
