    HIS ways are not our ways. I came to Jesus as a small child but HE chose me. Just come to HIM and HE will not cast you out. Thank you Skip for a good message

    To think how appropriate this verse fits for us today, because we can also have idols just like the Israelites had coming out of Egypt. Of flesh is our Egypt and the desires of the flesh, idols.
    If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
