      Enjoy! I should do another video since so much has changed since a year ago! I was there last month or two, need to do a restaurant review of Eagle's Nest!

    Great to see some informative stuff on the ECR facilities. Trying to get out to the May 16th Track Night but we shall see.

      @Ron Rohde yep! It sucks that I won't know until the day before though. If I don't make that one I'll go to the one at Cresson next month.

    Man. That place has really come up in the five years since I’ve been there. Where do we find out about costs of renting their car. Website doesn’t have much
    Edit. My bad. Vid is two years old!

      I thought I posted a price sheet? It’s like $1k a day. More for GT cars less for the cheaper ones!

    • @CubanDre
      @CubanDre Месяц назад

      @@RonRohde cheaper than a Porsche experience I’m sure. I’ll have to try it one day as the weather gets better. I’ll try to look into it more. Thanks for this!

    Do you know if non-members can drive on certain days, and what minimum age is to drive on the track

    • @RonRohde
      @RonRohde  2 года назад +1

      Yes, non members are welcome with other organizations. They have "members only" days, but members can also bring guests. I think minimum is 16-18, but talk to the track because for really experienced kids in karts or something like spec miata, I've seen younger kids on track with permission in HPDE

      Yes. Just look for Apex, , Driver's Edge, Edge Addicts, or Chen Motorsports. I think they all do HPDE events there

    Can you get instruction in your own vehicle?

    • @RonRohde
      @RonRohde  2 года назад +1

      Yup! Make sure equal safety parts are installed, e.g. no racing seat for driver if not a matching seat for passenger. Different orgs and instructors have rules on this

    Is that more members garages they’re building at 1:07

    • @RonRohde
      @RonRohde  2 года назад +2

      I don't think so. Garages were going more along the rear. Thats prime "shop" or classroom space. I emailed the track, and will update if they respond!

      Ron,
      The garages at ECR are currently all rented. They are exclusive for members to rent on long term rentals. We currently have a waiting list for the garages, including the new building about to be put into service in July.
      We have a waitlist and availability fluctuates from a week to several months. Our Platinum members have priority for renting as garages become available, and then it becomes a matter of where the member is in the first request/first served queue.

      @@RonRohde thanks for the research! Looking to get a membership and garage here or MSR cresson so this was helpful

    • @RonRohde
      @RonRohde  2 года назад

      @@blkmagnum3370 I think it just depends on which one you'll drive more. ECR is definitely newer and "nicer" but Cresson has been putting money into updates, paving too. You saw my other Cresson review, right? ruclips.net/video/ZK6ojinRxfA/видео.html

      @@RonRohde Yep, saw that one too! I’m in desperate need of a garage so it’s whoever can get me one sooner lol. Was looking into renting a small warehouse but very few in DFW allow automotive
