thank for the comment on "Monte Ivnor", here Leyla Genger was so beautiful and perfect. Her interpratation was not only appreciate for "pianissimi" but in all the Opera for her grat Lirismo and pathos, a real Great Voice. I have the pleasure to know her many years ago.. and talk with her many times with the Maestro Gian Andrea Gavazzeni dear friend of my father the Autor of "Monte Ivnor". All the times wasa real rich experience. Thanks Leyla.
You must be proud of your father as "Monte Ivnor" is one of best pieces of opera composed in the 20th century. However it is not appretiated as it should be. It has all the complexities of a modernist opera but I'm sure it will get the credit it deserves. I'm glad that Gencer sung it on stage at her prime and I'm glad this piece of art is gonna live with her voice for ever.

@tklogan111809 I was thinking about including that, too but you can't clearly hear Gencer singing there because of the sound quality as she sings along with the chorus. But I may make another video and include it. She has millions of beautiful pianissimi :)

You should have used the Palermo Macbeth (1960 Gui conducting) rather than the Venice ('68 - Gavazzeni?) where she actually sings (and floats) the Db divinely!

@Lweoira It is definitely Gencer, but it is from 80s, nearly the end of her career.
