antboy is a danish moive/comic, that's why the dub was bad. and for a kids super hero movie with a low budget about 19 million in danish crowns (2.8 million usd) it wasn't that bad. it's just dumb fun for kids. anyways. good video mate. have a new sub

Antboy is actually based on the comic book Antboy that parodys multiple superheros. And the reason Antboy is so heavily dubbed is because it is actually a Danish movie.

The reason Ant Boy is dubbed is because it's a Danish action movie, so they've dubbed English voice actors over the footage. You should watch the sequels too. I remember watching them in the theater, it was great.

Most of them aren't 'made' by Tubi, only streamed by them. Most of the ones that are knock-off's of big Hollywood movies are from 'The Asylum'. They have been making bank for over 20 years by making movies with a similar enough name to a big Hollywood production, that people (especially older people) get confused and watch their terrible, low-budget movie instead of the real thing.
Dang the lore for these movies is deep 😭
