Siddhant Chaturvedi, a Brahmin is playing the role of a Dalit Bahujan law aspirant is an irony in itself.
Moreover, he has acted terribly bad.
No amount of music or technical mastery can save the film.
I feel that horrible official hindi remakes of iconic regional films based on Caste based atrocities is being done knowingly to ensure that they're rever remade in hindi by a sensible director or crew.

The problem here is that Dhadak was based on the movie Sairat and thus naming this movie Dhadak 2 takes away from the beauty of the first movie. Dhadak was a standalone movie so naming this movie something of its own rather than Dhadak 2 would've been so much better and given so much depth and character to the movie.
Unfortunately, this has been happening in Bollywood for a long time. Instead of continuing the storyline, they make a standalone movie and give it the name of a sequal.
