We are trying three very different drams today from the Whisky Sponge range from Decedent Drinks:
No 1 - Ardmore 2000 22 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish
No 2 - Orkney Sponge (Highland Park) 2006 16 Year Old in refill casks
No 3 - Ledaig 17 Year Old in second fill sherry casks
