I have a 8 plus and a 7 plus the 7 plus is showing that apple logo idk why but when I try to do the force restart it stops showing the logo but when you let go of the button the logo reappears and the 8 plus I was working and I remember I had 70% and idk why but the phone just turned off it won't charge it won't turn on at all
My phone recently did this n I fixed my phone through method 4 but I realized that after I did it my files on my phone completely disappeared how do I restore my files I need to restore it for my work
