This is basiclly a stupid video...once again they "splice" 2 unrelated videos together to make a short show! check out the
3 penstocks ? in the other clip & they are empty!

Although the Desanders bays are not the main focus of this clip, they provide a clear visual confirmation that the operation has been completed, and the water flow has been restored to normal.
