Instructions installing Dark Angels Mod
1. Download Dark Angel Mod; Download Link

2. Extract file to under, make sure you create a 'Preview' folder in Space Marine folder to put the mod in.
C:/ Program Files/ Steam/ steamapps/ common/ warhammer 40,000 space marine/ preview
3. Go your steam library, right click 'Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine' / properties / Set Launch Options / -usepreview
4. Then Launch game, multiplayer is disabled when you play the mod. Make sure there is a folder 'Preview' under space marine. When you want to play online, just go back to 'Set Launch Options' under properties and delete '-usepreview' then type it back in when you play that mod again. Thank you for downloading the Dark Angels mod.
I've been a loyal Dark Angel player since I started playing Warhammer 40k. It took me 2 1/2 months to finish the modding art work. Titus & sid,leo all Dark Angels. Thunderhawk & drop pod even DA. All blood ravens are DA too, the Black Templar are now grey knights. The sword Titus uses is the Lich King Frostmourne :D For the love of the Emperor if you don't know Dark Angels fluff please don't ask why Lord Nemeroth has a Dark Angel symbol. I'm sure DA loyalist get the hint ;) Making the video was a bitch; spent three whole days working on it before I go back to basic while im holiday leave. Wanted to finish this music video tribute for all the Dark Angel Fans out there before I leave for a couple of years. So enjoy !!! :D

People, are talking about the new Eternal Crusade MMO game coming out but um, the only playable marine chapters are, Ultramarines, Blood Angles, Space Wolves, and Dark Angles.... It's called Eternal Crusade, so the first Expansion damn well better include the Black Templars, or the game is a complete lie. (What's that your chainsword doesn't have a bayonet?????!!!! meh its warhammer they already got the game in a great state ppl like to bash it because they didnt get what they wanted, selfish imo these guys work hard to make this game possible and deserve better. plus how are they suppose to build a game to be the best it can be when no money is funded to create it. they need money to live to make the game , plus they are all people who enjoy warhammer and are dedicated. the more people who play it the better it will be. im sure of it

Eternal Crusade comes out dec. 2015 ( can pre-order on 25/6/14). For space marines, you can play as: Ultramarines, Blood Angels, Space Wolves (no way!), or DARK ANGELS!
I need my actual Crusaders though, if there are no Black Templars the game will be a lie. It can not be a true crusade without the Eternal Crusaders.
They will probably add more chapters, and maybe other species. Already there's chaos, space marines, elder and orks. They could add tau, d. elder, necrons etc.

I point out that the mod makes them all seem like really weird Dark Angels because when the Dark Angels become full-fledged battle-brothers they take the names of one of the Dark Angels who fought in the Great Crusade.
I modded the game that was originally smurfs or ultramarines. If I could edit out the voice acting I would but that's the best I could do for being a loyal Dark Angels fan.

The Ultramarine's are a founding chapter(Pre-heresy) and the biggest chapter, that's why they were chosen.
From all the chapters, Dark Angels have the lowest death rate or corruption, that why we love them, For Leon....

_DeathWatch_ Probably not. I remember them needing to rebuild their entire 1st company and more besides thanks to... Kraken, I think. Not to mention Damnos and what that did to the 2nd company. I can't remember if the smurfs played a huge part in the World Engine, but if they did, it wouldn't have been easy on them.

Spent nearly over two months working on all the artwork modding, changing everything. I just didn't have time to completly finish Nemeroth because I was going to boot. Dark Angels coming out next month is going to be motivating as well. Yeah it was exhausting but now people can just download the mod and play Dark Angels :)

We've all read the chapter on the Creation of a Space Marine, regardless they're still not as bad ass as the Imperial Guard for the simple fact that they have all that superior training, equipment and genetic modification at their disposal. There is a tactical TCG-like game on the Space Wolves coming, dunno if it would be as badass as an actual action or strategy game but at least is something.

We also have naval superiority with Additionally,The Rock is armed with enough fire power to “decimate an entire fleet” according to their codex. This is not counting the Dark Angels’ already impressive naval force. I know that in space, the Dark Angels have a clear advantage.
