It’s a good combination but I would be more profitable if I were a bit quicker reading the charts and seeing the buy and sell signals. Hi Ross, did you ever make a video on the tax implications of trading daily versus holding stocks for months ?!
There isn’t any difference between holding for days vs months. You have to hold for 1 year to get a long term capital gain tax rate.

Ross I had an idea recently. During premarket when not a lot of volume is being traded and people are looking for a stock to jump on. Could you get in early on a low volume traded stock and buy your way through levels of resistance to give the stock momentum and attract other traders into the stock to help continue the momentum? Then sneak in selling during the big buying candles, and buy more during resistance. Once you reach a certain point you could start taking huge profits off the board and if it has enough momentum you wouldn't even completely tank it.
What if little momentum comes from that? Wouldnt you be stuck with a big position in a low liquid stock?
@@joeblarg9889You'd have to pick the right stock to do it on, preferably one that has enough volatility to use any leftover stock on it's next move up after bottoming out a while.
@joeblarg9889 I have a theory that if you could give a stock enough momentum to carry it from either pre market open to 7 or from 7 to 9 it could then shoot up massively.

Ross, it may be a dumb question, but I'm a beginner so: in few videos where you were saying how to find trending stocks on screeners. So, when do you search for them? Just before the normal trading hours? Cause when i look at that time they have already made a big move😅

@@amycaroline5102 I am in the class; yes, he trades live premarket and after market open, every morning.
These days Ross typically trades the pre market, usually beginning 6:30-7 EST (depending on conditions the night before and what’s on the scanners that morning),and ending during market hours, usually by 10:30-11 EST. Again, it depends on the market (hot/cold) These hours also correspond to his most profitable, according to his metrics. 😊
Scanners search the market constantly and provide real time updates. Check out Trade Ideas.

Hey Ross. I’ve been watching so many videos of yours and I keep coming back to one question. Why don’t you increase your position and keep growing your net worth. If you can turn 500 into 1m then why don’t you turn that 1m into 100m by increasing your share size? Does it have something to do with how the market reacts to large buys and sells?
Because the bigger the share , he would stick out on the sale tape. Especially if you have a sell order. Or stop order. So it will give away your position and someone with more share can short his and make Ross loose a lot more money. You gotta stick to the strategy.
The other thing I have heard ross mention in other videos is he doesn't want to get stuck with massive share size orders. Because If you have 100,000 shares of a company its a lot harder to sell all those off and bail out quickly if things go south. So he plays it safe with smaller share size for an easier exit.
