      Not even sure the workout he states is correct, sounds like it was never a AMRAP

      1. Sprint L or side shuffle L x4m
      2. Change of direction to sprint forward x20m, sprawl (hit the ground/tackle style)
      3. Sprint back to 10m OR backpedal to 10m
      4. Hit 10m then sprint through to 20m
      5. Complete in 15s. Rest 15s.
      6. Repeat to R
      7. x8
