This Mr. Benzie is delusional
Trudeau needs to be sentenced for his crimes
He didn't commit any crime. What about when premiers invoke the not wis standing clause do they commit a crime. No because the law exists and when they use it they breach peoples rights and they have 5 years to correct the problem.
@@Temp-md7pnyou smoke meth?
You need to be sentenced
Well, let's remember that Harper fought the Toronto G20 Summit case (the most arrests of protestors, EVER) against his government for abusing its power and eventually lost to the tune of 16 million.
I'm glad the court rejected the Liberals abuse of power as well because I know once one Party gets away with it, both parties will abuse it again once they get back in power.
The system works.
@@Temp-md7pnwhat are you ... 10-years-old?
How do you set up a class action suit, against the government? Asking for a friend:)
bring lots of money...
3 person can do it with a lawyer on contingent commission (no pay till win) as I understand ......
Yes I have a friend asking the same question
Tom, interesting choice of words? "Over throw the government ". Some who live in the real world, might say that it has been the government that is trying to " over throw " Canadian citizens. I would add, that I don't mean the truckers. The government seems to be " minding My business" way more than it should, to somewhat quote the future prime Minister.
💯
That is one of the most idiotic statements and we are all stupider for having read it.

Invoking the emergency act, suspending charter rights should always be something that should haunt any government. They should prove again and again that the decision was justified snd not something that was done spur of the moment. I am very glad that the court decision went the way it did. I am glad that we will be talking about the convoy for the foreseeable future.
I think there is enough information that shows Canadians have lost confidence in this government. The Liberal Party and more importantly the NDP should call an election to let Canadians decide on a new mandate.
He'll walk away scottfree just like with every other scandal. But no one escapes eternal judgment.
That's the problem. Nothing EVER happens to discipline he's incompetentcy

It's 'Scot-free', mon ami.
Remember Justice Rouleau was a commissioner appointed by Trudeau! Not playing the role of a Justice!
The difference is this decision was made by someone not paid by or a friend of Trudeau or a member of the Trudeau Foundation... A truthful decision for a change !!👍🍁
Just to be clear, today’s federal ruling overrides the public inquiry ruling. You can stop bringing it up to try show a contrast, it’s meaningless unless they win in federal appeals court which they won’t since this wasn’t a national emergency. You guys did give me a chuckle with your biased spin though, nice work!
I talked to colleagues and party members and decided it was time to invoke the emergencies act - Freeland
The Convoy never said they wouldn't leave until there was a change of gov't.
Precisely!
Walk them out and charge them !
Perp walk!!!
Freehand is delusional and also needs to be in jail for every liberal member that voted against All Canadians needs to be in Jail!!!
When Trudeau try's to paint Pierre as a convoy sympathizer as a slanderous allegation, which side of history do you want to be on now! This will be a Pierre campaign ad for sure!
Well, let's remember that Harper (with Pierre) fought the Toronto G20 Summit case (the most arrests of protestors, EVER) against his government for abusing its power and eventually lost to the tune of 16 million.
I'm glad the court rejected the Liberals abuse of power as well because I know once one Party gets away with it, both parties will abuse it again once they get back in power.

If Freeland was so certain, what does that say about her judgement. They should all resign.
Once again a pathetic attempt to cover for our embarrassment of a government
Just another day in the basic Trutatorship.
🤣🤣🤣💯
News Flash! This is detrimental to the Government!
😂😂😂
The support for what Trudeau did is pathetic, All he had to do is meet them and not insult them, which poured fuel on a bonfire.
hopefully no Handpicked judges this time
Trudeau will not resign his ego is too big. He gets another raise on April 1st. The vacation to Jamaica was not pre- approved by the ethics commissioner.
It's nice your network is finally seeing the light with regards to our government.
However I remember your coverage of the convoy and your fervor to go after protestors.
We all remember
Trudeau. Always rolling up his sleeves. Just so he can reach even deeper into our pockets.
😂 He's cut the sleeves off at this point.
Doesn't Brian Pickford already have a case in play regarding the inappropriate invocation of the emergency measures act?
His case was dismissed because the imminent "threat "was gone, the EAct was withdrawn.
You can tell Brian Gallant and Benzie are working on their12th boosters.
Lay off the horse paste, it's rotting your brain.
LOL 😅
@@stratford374Tell that to Africa, they've been using it for years now.

History will not be kind on this administration… and even though it’s my tax money I hope whatever lawsuits can be filed will be.

What’s Robert Benzie been smoking?
Hopefully that judge doesn't get threatened.
So when does the non-confidence vote happen so that Canadians can move on from this veil of “we are doing all these things for Canadian’s” while applying taxes to the point where I am ready to leave?😢
Yet another reason Canadians should be outraged! Are they capable of doing anything ethically?
This country had a reputation for being "nice." In reality, behind the smiles and the "sorries" this is a country of abusers and abuser sympathizers.
It’s not a bombshell ruling. It’s what we all knew from the beginning. Not time for some arrests.
Toronto Sun reporter is so out of touch with reality
Now with this ruling by the courts. Can anyone slap a lawsuit against the Canadian government that was affected by the emergency act?
Yes you sure can. That’s why they want to appeal this courts ruling too, to skirt liability and from having to pay out millions of dollars and the banks can be sued too. There is nothing in the Emergencies act that gives them the right to freeze bank accounts. They needed probable cause and then a warrant to get private citizens banking information. A total breach of public trust and a breach of many privacy laws.
a proccess is already in the works to give money to those whose bank accounts were seized by the govt dring the slam down by trudeau on the convoy..look for it@@tammyrobinson5249
If this doesn’t lead to a NON CONFIDENCE VOTE then Canada is screwed worse than anyone can imagine.
It won't, Jagmeet and Trudeau are a part of the World Economic Forum Young Leadership program. They're butt buddies.
Charge everyone that voted for the emergency act now.
German farmers parked tractors in Berlin in protest to the fertilizer laws. Not one bank account has been frozen.
They're squirming.
Someone needs too be held accountable for the emergency act.
This is ridiculous, its no wonder I gave up on your corporate news years ago.
Freeland being certain about something is like a flat earther being certain about the earth being flat
An election is needed now. This current government is incompitant on all levels. NDP needs to stand on their own.
Every single Canadian needs to come together and vote conservative this year and remove the liberal criminals after that then vote whoever you want .
Unconstitutional. Not just unreasonable.
Who was that guy talking about Trudeau as his finest moment omg.
As usual, no one in Canada is paying attention to this court ruling as everyone is busy watching the USA primaries.
Oh you are so wrong
What's the consequence for these corrupt politicians?
Chrystia Freeland's certainty has shown repeatedlly nothing but calamity.
What a win 🏆 thank you courts
Thank you truckers.
