Honestly, for a mod like this, capitulation against the zombies should not be a thing. It gives a bunch of territory the the Zs have not and may never have taken, leading to the undeserved encirclement of human troops. Capping to zombies should only ever happen at a 100% state loss, if any. No reason why the country militaries should just disappear either.

I think the only "majors" they actually took down was India and China, reaching to about the Caspian Sea before they were shut down hard. Never really got into Africa, or the America, or even Europe.
The mutant Zombies have over 100% hardness. You cant push them because you basically need tank destroyers + good CAS to do any damage at all. I assume the tank divisions of Alex where optimized for soft attack which does NOTHING to them.
@@vEmtenn You mean the battle at 15:01? 1)The number 70 before the shield icon is defence not hardness. 2) Penetration interacts with armor. It doesn't interact with defence or hardness. 3) The mutated horde doesn't have much armor even infantry are penetrating their armor since the penetration icon is there. 4) Its the hardness which is absurdly high. If you tag over to the zombs and inspect the units you can see that they have over 100% hardness. Which means they take ZERO damage from soft attacks. The only thing which does something in that case is hard attack.

I paused on the stats of the battle, his tank div. had 77 Pen to the hordes 70 Hardness, so the tanks were penning, but nothing else was.
