WAMP server 2 of 3 services running - How to solve

Inm this video, i will be showing you how to solve the WAMP problem (2 out of 3 services running).
This problem occurs mostly when the port for mySQL or apache is used by another program. When this is the case, the user cannot access localhost or phpmyadmin.
Usually, the culprit is a service called SYSTEM with PID 4.

By the way guys, if you face this problem, try running Wamp Server with admin rights, it usually works for me.
