It's nice to see Shell making an effort to be transparent and clear on their report. It would be nice to see government's financial reports that are clear and transparent.
I'm a regular driver. I had an excellent experience at the Shell station in Iowa, Louisiana. My family and I were stuck in traffic on the interstate for over an hour. We found everything we needed at the Iowa, Louisiana station. The staff was so friendly. We took a break under the nice trees in the parking lot and got refreshed for the next three hours of driving. My compliments to the quality friendly staff at the Iowa, Louisiana station. It was clean and cool. Great job!

I just stopped at the Shell station off exit 67 in Winnsboro SC, that was truly the worst Shell location I have ever been to. Not only was the store absolutely FILTHY but the employees had a phone playing some type of street fight show so loud that me and others couldn't communicate without being up against one another. They had no lids to cups, no toilet paper and the floor near the cooler machine with cheese and yogurts was covered in some type of liquid. Your company makes it so hard to contact anyone regarding these issues.
Thanks, from another customer & interested investor. This posted comment is in reference to Store 6865, on 2 North Main St, Algonquin Illinois. This is a pairing of Shell / Circle K, telephone number (847) 458-2110, located on the NW (approx.) corner of the corner of the crossroads Main Street & US 62 (the old CHICAGO Road).
To be fair, over-all it's an EXCELLENT store, providing gas in 3 grades with 16 pumps, if memory serves rightly. The convenience store side of things is always well stocked, clean, with great service.
Unfortunately, there are a "couple bad apples" (employees who could use corrective re-training in the areas of lottery & customer service. Without revealing identities, there is a new hire, who here will go by the pseudonym ,V. She has been inappropriate with this shopper, seeming to be attempting to get either excessively friendly or on the contrary, outright hostile, even vindicative.
Ms. V goes out of her way to over-ride local & state public health policy by discouraging customers from wearing the mask. Please, exactly what is the r4 policy vis-à-vis what clerks or sales associates can tell customers? If the customer has been wearing a mask, does the clerk have to openly disagre even though the customer if willing wear it!
WITH THAT BEING SAID, & on a POSITIVE NOTE - an employee who deserves KUDOS & PROMOTION, a good neighbor &all-round great lady, MARGE MURPHY, whom I have known since over 5 years, deserves recognition, our gratitude, &blessings galore. She is the #1 reason besides the great ⛽ fuel, why this customer, JOHN CREIGHTON keeps coming back & spends $$$$$ at Shell/Circle K in ALGONQUIN, the "Jewel on the Fox" (River).
Pay and make a windturbine for every barrel of oil. Let’s get the world to a green light!

Shell just announced 20 BILLION in profits for the year as fuel bills for families skyrockets.....shame on you Shell....avoid Shell wherevver possible

Shell is history now. A dying company, one employee said that it is firing people and promoting non performers. Surely not q good investment anymore

From observations since 2016, this RN customer observes the corporation seems to be cutting corners, as at least 2 sales associates show very poor manners, even appearing hostile to paying & regular customers.
Go green, instead of pretending to be!
