The way Pete dealt with the Monopoly is a class act...That is how you know you're dealing with a good man. He knew he didn't want to screw the guy out of a potential payday and came up with a solution. Let's go in as partners and I'll do my best to sell it for us. Awesome job!

It would take work but I would sand the building! Take off all that paint! No one builds buildings with solid brick anymore. What you got is a gem!
If I were to paint the building I would do grey paint with the black accents. It would look modern but keep the old style look! 💯👍👍🔥🔥

The tinted lenses just pop in to the inside of the goggles it looks like.
Off white , cream color , light colors not a great idea. Everything will show from algae , mildew, mold . I’d go darker

Brown as base doesn’t show dirt as bad and some red and yellow Accent and maybe a large stripe around top.

Careful painting glass I know it's hard to believe but glass expands and contracts if you paint the whole window it will shatter I learned this the hard way when I painted a sign for Odd Lots a retail store here in Ohio and the glass shattered the window company told them about this and luckily they didn't hold me responsible !!
Stay away from white, or you will be cleaning and repainting often...
A nice light blue with white or grey window trim and dark blue columns...
You're called "Trading Post," so I'd recommend brown walls with green trim to give it that rustic look.
Within a few months white would be showing dirt, mold, etc. I'd go with a slightly darker color. Paint causes certain types of bricks to start coming apart over time by trapping moisture within the bricks.
PAINT IT RED. Statistically, it’s the most attracting color for the eyes. People will call it the red building and be able to find it easily. In marketing red and yellow are the most used for grabbing attention. Hence McDonald’s.
Burgundy seems to me to have a high quality, regal feel to it.
Read up on the psychology of color it’s effect on retail shoppers.
Since most of your shoppers are male, I would tend to go with something really macho like matte black with white trim.
I think a grey on majority and do the pop outs the color of your logo . And then shutters with advertising mesh like the kind you can see through and peel off over time. Just my opinion
light walls with dark trim sounds good but it turns out terrible especially with white walls they are going to look old and dirty/moldy within like 6 months. It might sound strange but you would be way better off with black walls or maybe a dark slate gray and only painting the trim white

8:05 you sure that level control was supposed to control the subwoofer volume and not the input voltage level etc... I seemed to remember mine having fixed and variable inputs.
If you have enough of a space on the outside of the building after you paint it, you should consider a mural of Honeybell and Ruby. It would be an Instagram wall that people would flock to to take photos in front of. More people, more customers.
That was a great idea, even if I don´t use Instagram. And paint the rest in Turquoise.

This Monopoly set may not be as valuable and rare as you think it is. I’ve seen a fair few of these online, at auctions, car boot sales and in second hand shops here in the uk. The rarer sets are the ones that were printed and sold in small numbers with ‘Patent applied For’ which were pre-patented publication by the Parker Brothers until 1937. The better condition of the box, game, all the money and gaming pieces, the higher the value. I do own one of these sets which is near perfect condition apart from very slight damage to one corner of the box. It has been in my family’s possession since it was purchased from a store in Beckenham South London in 1934. Over the years some ‘collectable’ versions of Monopoly have become highly sought after.
There are now staggeringly hundreds of different editions sold worldwide in approximately 105 countries in around 40 languages. Somewhere in the region of over 300 million games have been sold across the globe. Not bad for a game that was originally created by a woman (Lizzie Maggie Phillips) games designer in 1903 to help teach and demonstrate the monetary values in property ownership, rental, financial economy and taxation.💷👞🎩

I think two-tone paint would be nic . WIthout the signs, I would probably guess the building was a mechanic based on the exterior but I bet some nice "trim" and faux-shutters would look great on top of a bold color
building color suggestion...as a recent purchaser of white siding, its blindingly bright, I suggest a dove grey. I do like the idea of the black details. That will pop.

Hey I grew up in Hong Kong and was wondering if that monopoly could be a fake copy, but Peter Pan was a big toy store so it is legit. I looked on eBay there is the same version listed on Canadian eBay for USD 500.

Black & white is always classic. Paint as you described but won’t blacking out the windows restrict too much light? Depends if you do all sides that way I guess. Are you going to get new signs too? The idea of a mural of Ruby and Honey is interesting. Just has to be seen but not on front. Good luck. We’re painting our house soon and it’s soooo expensive, at least here in Oregon!

Start by painting that rusty door first. Have one side as a mural painting of Honey, and another mural painting of Ruby, or both together on both sides. Both Honey and Ruby are full of beautiful colors. Capeesh! BTW, Nice to see the appearance of the chicken guy once again.

I once had a black car. Always look dirty cause it contrast to much with any other color/dirt just like white. Maybe dark "blue gray" for trims ?!?

A gloss or semi-gloss in white would show every defect in that old block work. Go darker for sure. I painted my basement in white and it looked awful .

The new “green ingredients “ in exterior paints are really bad and black is one of the worst colors as it fades so easily.

I'm a Monopoly collector (currently 1254 different versions of Monopoly at home), and know a lot about Monopoly board games. This is almost an original version. This is a copy of the original Waddingtons game. This was created for the Hong Kong market, as Hong Kong used to belong to England. Parker is the manufacturer for the rest of the market. Then there are winning movers. So only the games from before 1950 with a complete print bring around 200 dollars. The game was available in England in 2018 for 40 dollars.

I know this is an older video. I think you should go with some bold color combos to stand out. So every car that drives by immediately recognizes your store. Also maybe a large mural of Honeybell and or Ruby.

Waddington's is the British licensee of the monopoly games. Which makes sense if its a Hong Kong edition. My old school mates Granddad was the guy that convinced Waddington's to get the license from Parker and convert it to British addresses.
